I like it. When i saw the first pic I was like "that's not almost finished" and then I saw the later pics and realized it was a bunch of progress shots.
I like it a lot, but what happened to doglion?
I didn't like it. Muppets Gone Wild was a little to much for me. It seemed more like a skit Mad TV would do to mock the muppets as opposed to a skit the muppets would do.
Fozzie would probably follow because of the lack of clothing. Gonzo would need shoes, pants, shirts, and stuff klike that. it could really run up there in cost.
It seems that some people juist take really bad pictures of it and some people just don't know how to pose it. The picture of Kermit on the log is amazing. Other pictures of Kermit make him look like a really bad plush.
Yeah, Jopnny worked well in the alternate reality, but his characterization was also different. As a lounge singer who needs ab ody guard, he works best with Sal, as some bartender who may or may not be sleezy he works good alone.
I never get why some people still want to see characters that have not been used since season 1 of the muppet show like Hilda. Apprentl;y Jim HEnson himself didn't think the character worked. There are some characters that just don't work and thus are never seen again. This happens still...
That's not totally true. Many times a company will show a product at any stage that is available just to show what the product is. Palsiades showed series 1 of Sesame Street last year and they were not final sculpts. All kinds of things changed.
I'm not really sure what more you want from it. I mean he's hfully poseable, dead on pattern wise, uses the same material as the poser/puppet. Do you want him to come with a Jim Henson clone?
Elmo is definatly a classic character now. He's been on the show a long long time. When you have a 37 run (so far) on a tv show it is very hard to say who is classic and who isnt, especially when most only watched the show from age 2 to like 5 or somethingl ike that. The show is ever...
