I know Crazy Harry is back in this film. I've seen still shots with him in them. Will he talk? I dunno. But, we're getting Janice and the EM Band, Scooter, Obviously Rowlf and Dr. Teeth are voiced. Lots of the old characters have been recast and I'm looking forward to seeing them again...
