UGH! I had it last summer (2004) and it was a week-long thing. I got dehydrated and my kidney stone dropped and I didn't know it, but I got feverish. I slept with a fan on myself and caught the flu and THEN the kidney stone pain hit. That was the WORST 2.5 weeks in a LONG TIME.
As far as...
McDonald's.
As a matter of fact, when I worked at McDonald's years ago, I suggested they use popcorn salt for the fries. The manager went to the store and bought some popcorn salt and we tested it on customers, who liked that better than the normal fries. We suggested it to the company, but...
My most recent thoughts are:
If you can say you're a humble person, are you really?
and
If you say, "I'd kill to own __?__," what's the use? You'll be in jail afterwards!
LOL! You know what? Davey worked VERY well with Muley. I don't even know if, when we meet again, we should even bother scripting something for those two. Just sit them down and let 'em go!
The stuff at the dinner party was fun, too!
WHEW! Good!
I was worried about it. I called a friend of mine down there and told him to come to Memphis with me. He said, "Nah, it's just a little thing now. No worries."
I'm happy all is fine!
Stop. Stop it.
No more apologies, gang. Just stop doing everything you're doing and get back on track. You're all here for the same reason which is to be a fan of Jim Henson and his works, and I'm sick and tired of the in-fighting in these boards. Everybody is at blame in one way or...
You'd pay a LOT more for it than that if it were real.
Actually, I don't think it's bad at all. I just don't have a necessity for other people's characters in my collection anymore; especially not when I need to build my own characters to do some shows with.
I'm sure there is nothing to be worried about. Sometimes people just get busy in life, sometimes they go away for a while and come back, and sometimes folks just forget to check back in.
I HOPE HOPE HOPE to see Rickey and Tyler back for future productions.
As a matter of fact, since TMTM the whole EM band sounded more like themselves than I've heard in a VERY long time!
People need to buy the DVD if they haven't yet. It's actually a very good movie!
That's right...back before he got a job that took all his time from him and, probably, before he got a life! :D
(I need to get a life, but then you all wouldn't see me too often.)
They ended up going to TP, and then I think Emmy maybe works too much now (ugh, responsibility), and I think...
I remember once you went on hiatus. I "hiatus"ed that time you were gone.
*sigh*
Remember the zaniness of Jackie and Emmy? Then, mix in some Byron and Zach? Boy...those were the days, huh?
Memories, sweet memories.
I don't know who did it, but I watched the extended MWoO and I have to say that whoever performed Scooter and Janice on that film were spot-on! I felt like it was the 1980's again!!
Kudos to that performer, and I hope we see more of him!!
Where'd you hear that Oscar was originally purple? I don't ever recall seeing that--and I'm OLD! That's intriguing, though. Wonder how cool that would have been, eh?
I do know I want to get an extra Oscar action figure when they're available and paint one orange! :)
