I've done my homework for the Anger session and I'm ready for my appointment with the Major tomorrow. It's all very interesting and very encouraging. :)
Well if it had been me I would have had coca-cola instead of OJ to go with my choccie doughnuts. ;)
And I pray your grandmother has comfort of heart and that her treatments bring relief from the effects of her illness Amanda :)
BTW here in Australia when TMS first went to air they showed us the UK bits.
I suppose we used to have simple quick commercial breaks back in those days. If they first aired today we probably wouldn't see them uncut let alone with every episode's UK bit.
Hello Amanda. My name is Martin. I don't often post in this thread but let me say how thrilling it is to have you here. Your uncle was a marvellous talent and an integral member of the Muppeteer team. You have every right to feel proud of him. I'll e-mail you some of my fan fiction sometime as...
Well I would like to offer my most sincere condolences to Mickey, Donald, Goofy and the rest of the gang on the recent passing of our friend Pluto. Furryredmonster was right. He's going to be sadly missed:cry:
Sorry Red Dragon. I couldn't resist that one. But seriously may I say that as far...
:concern: BTW I don't mean to upset anybody, but has anyone heard about the rumours that Harry may be killed off in Book 7?
That was the big talk awhile ago but I hope that isn't true. I would be dreadfully disappointed even if he did die heroically to destroy Voldemort.
I think Rowling...
notice: Martin and Bill have cleared everything out of dorm 13 by now. They thank Ed and everybody else for their hospitality and thoughts for Martin's mummy. She is still doing great at the moment and they may be back when the dorms re-open again. They shall be in touch and thanks again to all.
How silly. Even if Pluto is small enough to be considered a dwarf planet it is still by definition a planet. God made all 9 planets of various sizes though He was constant in giving them the round shape when He created the universe. Or 10 or more depending on whether He slipped a few...
I'm getting good counsel with the stress support program run by the Salvation Army.
I get homework to fill out and the Major discusses my answers with me and prays with me. I feel it's what God has in mind to strengthen me.
I've done the first session on Self-awareness, designed to help me...
Mr. Nelson.
I did not realize exactly how ill you were until I came across this thread. I deeply sympathize and pray you recover speedily.:sympathy:
Thank you for the replies you have given my occasional Private Message and I loved the joke you made in the last one. You have a fantastic...
Well Gary and Bronwyn did finally send some photos to Mum. But we're still very annoyed with them that it's been a month. They should have had them down in about a week GRRRR.
Oh well. I hope God blesses them along with little Vanessa never-the-less
Yes that's true. Harry cannot afford to underestimate his opponent.
And I'm also curious as to whether Snape, the half blood prince, was secretly following Dumbledore's orders when he murdered him. If there is a far-out twist in store I'm excited to find out about it.
Yes actually the end of book 6 was quite an unexpected twist since it's been strongly hinted that the last book probably won't be about year 7 at Hogwarts at all, but a personal vendetta by Harry and his two best friends to seek out the horcruxes required to defeat Voldemort. :D Really looking...
I certainly have been enjoying the movies though it's true they cut out too much of Goblet of Fire in particular. I think it would have been better if they had followed their original plan and split it up into two movies with a cliff-hanger. Perhaps they felt it would be anti-climactic since...
Since I bumped my Harry Potter thread up for Ed to see I thought I may as well bump up my Sailor Moon one once again as well. Maybe somebody who's never seen it before might like to comment in it.
Hey Ed. I'm bumping this thread up so you can start talking to me about Harry Potter sometime. I'll be spending my next regular holiday with my mother the next few days, but I'll be sure to reply to you when I get back to check the thread out. :)
