Good job!
The only 2 things that gave it away to me are the lack of lid movement and the fact that I know what Dave Goelz looks like.
What a magnificent puppet.
As long as her gloves are purple her dress could be anything. Maybe something sequined? Not the Jessica Rabbit treatment, but something befitting a pig of her stature. I do love how she looks here. Her hair looks amazing. I'm sure you'll figure out something that blows us away.
I expect some themed or best-of volumes of the Muppet Babies whenever Disney decides to release them. I doubt they'll bother with the hassle of securing the music and clip rights to all 107 or so episodes. I could be wrong. Even as a non-fan of the Babies, I see that there's gold in full sets!
So the top links of the forum menu don't work? That's the first I've heard of it.
Sometimes the forum is slow and I submit a post and it takes forever or the forum goes offline for a while, but no menu problems ever for me on PC, Mac, Explorer, Firefox, Laptop or any other set up.
I usually institute an hourly rate, devise how many hours it should take and itemize each section clearly in an easy to read Word or Excel invoice. I then use that as a flat rate to bill the client even if I go over the amount of hours due to my perfectionism, but extra items beyond that are...
It was just a subtle tweak to Ryan's logo to make it pop.
I really do like that FAO picture Ryan picked to define his blog. The Gonzo, Kermit and Pepe trio seems to represent the best of what's old and new with the Muppets.
I really do like having something current and thoughful to read...
For the main page, not the forum. Sometimes the home page links don't function unless the wwws are present.
The forum menu should be working. None of the Flash or formatting has changed for several years now. That didn't appear to be what Kevin was talking about last spring 2008.
I had the same type of parents. I ate many bowls of Froot Loops during my first year in college. I also liked Pops and Sugar Smacks when I could get my hands on them. Lucky Charms was the one I most wanted as a kid because of the colored marshmallows.
Now breakfast cereal for me would be...
Yeah, banning isn't the way to go. I have no problem with real sugar; it's corn syrup and the corn lobby. That Yahoo article was treating corn syrup like it was the same as sugar and it isn't. Chemically it's very different but people are afraid to say it because of Big Corn. Sugary treats have...
I just read one of those Yahoo articles warning everybody about dangerously high levels of sugar in products and the fact that it's ultimately killing us slowly - and that's really not true.
Regular sugar as we know it is hardly being used anymore. It's the corn syrup, MSG and fat that is in...
This is so exctiting! I hope to be seeing this blog for a long time to come so I hope you pace yourself. Any current content is much more than we've been seeing for a while. I love the Fozzie hat ratings! :o
Finally picked up Robin Hood 3 along with Peg Leg 3 and the trade paperback! I'm pleased. I still think Robin Hood pales in comparison to the great work of Langridge. The average Muppet-related Deviant Art page has more sparkle and zing. The thing is, one more Hood down and we get to Pan! Take...
Hmmm. I don't think that's really one of his catch-phrases other than something that may said once and somehow was printed on a t-shirt. Check Swedish Chef on YouTube for more information on this. If there's truly a catch-phrase it will be in one of those clips. :hungry:
Jim Henson and his Muppets define Sesame Street even though the show idea was in place before he took the stage. SS without the Muppets is the Electric Company. While that was a quality program, it doesn't have a continuous 40 year history of new shows.
(Disney now owns the Muppet Show and...
Television is rapidly becoming an on-demand medium. Most things are either Tivo-ed, Hulu-ed, ituned or otherwise seen on platforms and formats that aren't considered traditional television viewing timeslots. Ultimately this will probably make many programs shorter. They'll be created, packaged...
