Scooter beside Richard's ashes...the songs...the tributes....wow. He was simply too young, I still believe. Him and Jim, were way too young. *Hugs Amanda tightly* As fans (or fanatics if you wish) I'm going to let you know the club, and it's members are always here for you, Amanda.
Honestly I thought that was...kinda strange too. But I guess it kinda went with the whole "point of view" deal that that part of the episode dealt with. Plus you don't really ever see Bob eating the ants either. PS - I adore that show. It's so...calming compared to other children's shows.
John Denver Christmas Special? I think I've got a link here, that could help you. Although I'm not totally sure if the song "It's in Everyone of us" is actually on that listing...http://www.mystacor.com/muppet_musique/act/act.html
I still have yet to get that movie and watch it. x_x
Not many of our video rental places have it. I saw it for sale, but I just couldn't buy it that day.
What's...really funny. Is when I saw it, I showed it to my mother, and she said "Oh that's a really funny movie, hun."
And I...
No, unfortunately I don't "work in the field" just yet. Mainly just church performances. And usually only twice a week. Cause after a bad incident (one of the other teachers got frustrated and spoke directly to me. x_x) I only work with Ms. Cindy and Ms. Renee.
Also let Jane know she's in my...
About Tina.
Her full name is Tina Grosse. (The kids laugh, thinking it's "gross" not "grosse" A little in-joke of mine that makes me giggle.) She's 8 years old, and she is a little shy about singing. When she does sing however, this great big booming alto saprono voice comes out! (that's the...
I remember that. It's what first introduced me to captions. I use them almost regularly now, as I've become nearly deaf in one ear, due to a bad ear infection a few years back.
Mom hated them, and I told her I couldn't turn them off. And now they fuss cause I forget and leave them on. XD...
BIG NEWS! Well, maybe not so big, but somewhat big...
I've started a video podcast for our club! It's not a huge thing, but it's something at least. I'm putting it into iTunes in their video podcasts section, as well as posting the regular link (to photobucket video) here in a bit.
Tina is a homemade humanoid puppet. She has teal skin, black hair (which is a cropped human adult size "Elvira-type" wig.) She used to have blue ostrich feathers, like fraggles, but those molted after 2 years, and we had to strip her head clean, as it was causing us to inhale them! She still has...
I heard/read somewhere that the captioning is like that because children watch it. It's called "Simplified Captioning" it just does what you've said it does, condenses it into a bit easier for children to understand.
Ooh, I got a picture of Tina finally. It looks creepy, like that picture of Kermit hanging out of the file drawer. x_x
I've also got a super-poor quality video of me operating Tina. I have to record it myself, so it's hard to tell exactly where...the bottom line is. XD
Tina the Picture...
Scooter: He said "completely cleaned out" oh great...
Sara: I thought I'd only have to take what I needed! Luckily I've got my VW bus with me....
Jim: We've got everything packed and out in the bus, Sara.
Jerry: Only thing left is our instruments.
Frank: Let's play one last time...
Any family member, bought the house or not, coming over would make anyone nervous. It's just so jumpy, cause you don't know if the house will be clean before they finally get there.
I completely feel for ya, Amanda. I know that same feeling. It was probably a little worse, because it was his...
Oh it's perfectly fine, Amanda! Although we're all a little insane, we don't mind the slowness at all!!
Okay...*pulls out her clipboard*
Middle name? Check.
The gap? Check!
