Got a look at the re-tooled sculpts. Scooter looks much better. Zoot from the side looks like a near-exact duplicate of the better versions of that puppet- btw, have the glasses been tinkered with at all? Getting used to Rowlf, still debating what it is about him that seems off... I'm...
Something about the arrangement of Rowlf's face strikes me as not quite right. His eyes look too soft, his head rather wide. Also, on top of his head he just has a tuft of darker fur instead of the amount he usually has. I would say make the face a little smaller, because it looks a bit big...
Got another look at the Series 3 pics, and still have the same qualms.
At first I thought Rowlf's face was too light, then I realized it's not the color, it's that the face looks like it extends too far. Not the face, just the head.
Scooter's head looks, and this may sound weird, too...
Ken, I have a question- and this time I promise it will only be ONE question:
Now that Rizzo is moved up to Series 4, do you know what his accessories will be?
Thanks.

One little suggestion-
Seeing as the whole episode has a heat theme, and seeing as the theater isn't overheated until after the opening number, you might want an opening number that does not follow this theme. Not only does it make more sense with the layout of the plot as you have it, but...
Luke, do you not want Koozebane to be made as a playset? It just seems from everything you've written on the subject here that you're not really in favor it. Personally I'm thrilled and dumbfounded about it. Only in my childhood imagination did I ever imagine that I would ever have figs of...
I also had sort of an idea for Zoot in Vet's Hospital- they treat him for amnesia.
"If he forgets what sketch he's in the better for all of us!"
Sam the Eagle in Vet's Hospital would be wonderful too.
Perhaps one where they've got a big monster who eats objects, and the nurses, when Dr...
Not bad, but you might want to fill out the second half. Also remember, after every commercial break comes the UK Spot, nine times out of ten it's a two-minute musical number.
I think I may start taking a cue from TravellingMatt and doing a few of my own.

RRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!
Every time someone posts a link to action-figure.com, I follow it and by the time it loads it says "Sorry, you cannot access this file directly." Well, by hitting Stop I solved that, but I still can't get the pictures to show.
Could someone just copy them and email them...
To Ken and uncleduke
Uncleduke- actually on the Phyllis George episode Fozzie was in a tux and had a bow tie with black polka dots. I think this would work well for a fig.
Ken- did you get my previous post (on page 160 I believe) suggesting a skull for Uncle Deadly and asking if Floyd's...
I was late for work today because I wanted so badly to take the time to see these pics. After seeing the first couple of kitchen pics, I didn't care that I was late for work.
Not only that, but I had a particularly bad heartbreak episode a few days ago- I had no appetite, I seemed to walk...
Ken, one quick question:
Did Floyd's mustache ever get that trim?
Also, one suggestion:
If you ever do Uncle Deadly, someone mentioned a pipe organ as an accessory, and I think a skull would go great too. After all, Uncle Deadly is not just a Halloween type figure, but he was a...
Billy Joel, far and away.
Anyone remember the book and tape "Two for the Show"? Well, recall that on the second side you could record your own story. I began (but never finished) a Muppet Show with Billy Joel (done in first season style, I think, given that I did a modulation on the opening...
Luke-
My god - i'm being nice. Please someone take the vodka away from me now before i propose to someone!
Luke, I love that line! May I steal it?

The Count
Big Mama was the brown monster with pointy ears and a very large mouth. Debuted in the Don Knotts episode, also appeared in the "Ugly" number with the other monsters, a couple of spots in the Rich Little episode (as well as the goodnights of this episode and the Zero Mostel episode)...
The Paul Williams episode is my favorite. It worked extremely well, it was funny, well-paced, and had a great visual style.
Also if you look at the format of the episode it set the template for the series. Musical opening number followed by backstage scene setting up the plot; the guest...
Has anyone just flat-out asked Columbia Tristar which episodes will be on the last five volumes? I did this with Time-Life and it worked.
If I had to guess, I'd say some of the following episodes are decent bets:
Paul Williams
Ben Vereen
Twiggy
Ethel Merman
Milton Berle
Bernadette...
Didn't know where to post this, but I've been wondering what the replacement voices from Muppet RaceMania sound like. These are, of course, the voices for those characters whose original performers have passed on. Bill Baretta subbed for Henson on Rowlf & the Swedish Chef, John Kennedy subbed...
Re: Weird Al
Maybe he's no longer current, but IMO he's no longer great. Personally I liked him better in the 80's. I just don't think he's been very funny lately. In the 80's not only did he have "Eat It", "Fat", "Dare to be Stupid", and the like, he also had "You Make Me", "Stuck in a...
Oh dear, oh dear
Cory, unless you were making a joke I can infer that you didn't realize that the Muppet Labs Gorilla Detector (from the Avery Schreiber episode, also featured in The Muppet Revue) is just a head. There's no body to it, never was. That's why it's a Gorilla Detector, not a...
