Strictly speaking I don't see why there should be a problem with any combinations of characters interacting. After all everybody knows everybody on Sesame Street and more or less, they're supposed to be friends. Of course some may not work quite as well together depending on Character...

Was TMS recorded straight onto VHS cassettes when they were filmed? Is there no way the quality could be converted for Blu-Ray?

I may have seen a little of Hal Miller's Gordon when I was a kid. I do recall seeing a little of Gordon with hair then I thought to myself, "Aw poor Gordon. He's suddenly gone bald just like the males tend to do on my dad's side of the family".
