According to the article published over at toughpigs.com today, Warner Bros. has decided not to renew the contract with Sesame Street after Season 55, even though they'll keep streaming classic episodes until 2027. The decision comes as they say that Max will be redirected from an "all ages" to...
Heh, we're the rarest of rare, old MC generation members, not as rare as original MC Delphi members but we've still got our group.
As for the time, I believe it's 9 PM CT/10 ET/11 local PR time for me. And this'd probably be considered thread hijacking, so I'll leave the number cookies for you...
If the notification pings could be tied to whenever you refresh/log onto the main forum page the first time in a day, that would be feasible.
There are a couple other things I'd like to be returned to how the forums used to work, mainly the 3 Strikes banning policy and maybe custom member...
If it were something that "pinged" the same way automatic notification alerts from JAWS worked, that'd be a nice idea. The only thing is they pop up while you're reading/working on something else, but that's why it's a notification alert. :grouchy:
Thanks Fragglemuppet, you're the first to at least recognize my worry. Good to know that we can still ring the bells this year with ConvincingJohn who started the tradition amongst the rest of the forum. :excited:
And today is why instead of Black Friday, I call this day Kermit Green & Red Friday instead. Time to kick back and hear some of the best holiday music available. :D
To clarify, I'm not saying the puppeteers "didn't" show up to perform. I'm just saying it "didn't sound" that way as the only characters that could be heard were Elmo, Tango, and Rosita for the token Spanish words from "Sing".
You know, I always watch the parade waiting for the Sesame Street float. And despite hearing/identifying  and Tango along with Lea Salonga, my thought was "did the cast just send the puppets and decide not to show up this year"? Because I really didn't hear any character voices other...
So if the figure of :batty: is coming with a scowling Muppet 2, who's the figure that'll come with the Muppet N and E? Is it indeed Guy Smiley? :search:
It's been a long year if noone's posted here since January.
Oh well, at least we've had a great time what with going to the HVC Mall to see the great Beetlejuice sequel film and the birthday bashes held for both :batty: and Uncle Deadly.
*Going over the list of Numbervania names.
Hmm...
Not sure what the real question is, but I've been here as a member since July of 2002 and a mod/staff member since 2007. And as the frog said, I'm not going anywhere, I'm staying!
So here's another nod. CNN started up a new show called Have I Got News for You, airing Saturdays at 9 PM EDT, it's kind of like what The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (not the Green Lantern) used to be mixed with Who's Line is it Anyway?, a topical comedy series of games stitched into one big...
ust saw a commercial touting the new Disney +/Hulu/Max Bundle. So, in the wake of this fun video for Jim's birthday and the bundle that's being announced, does that mean that The Muppets and Sesame Street are now going to be able to crossover with each other once again with greater ease...
Can't tell if anyone's been left out, but since you listed everything in chronological order I feel I should point out that The Rescuers (June 1977) preceeds Pete's Dragon (November 1977) in terms of releases. Hope this helps.
