This week may be 1/7 October and 6/7 November, but it's 3/7 Halloweenish what with Halloween today; All Souls Day tomorrow; and the Day of the Dead on Sunday. It should have Dr. Phil van Neuter this week and George the Janitor next week. :grr:
Entry #63 has been revealed earlier than normal this week and I'm a bit outraged. Not that I have anything against George the Janitor, but to have him be the entry featured this week? On Halloween Day?! It should have been like C to the J guessed, Dr. Phil van Neuter!
BTW: We're 9/10...
And they're at it again. You've probably heard a movie based on Bruce Springsteen's career was released yesterday by Disney titled Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere. So when it came time for the game Bicurious they had three facts about the singer, two of which are lies and one is true...
Not sure if this is the right section for this type of thread, I'm sure the staff will move it if the need arises.
The other day I decided to do an internet search for Lukas Kleppe's custom Muppets, and I ended up stumbling onto his youtube channel where he's posted ten different videos of his...
This week's entry, #62, is the real cat's meow. Maybe because it's the bandaged backstage alleycat... Gaffer! This character really shined in the song "The Cat Came Back" and the Muppetism based on Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Another one off of the list, still got six more I'm counting down.
Just got the release of Entry #61, and appropriately enough for October, it's another Muppet monster. This time it's Big Mean Carl's time to shine as he probably stuffs that spotlight down his gullet as part of his new act.
Hey, just popping in to send well-deserved birthday congrats to Phillip. He keeps this place alive and running for the rest of us to come and play. Hope you had a great day Phil.
*Leaves cake with :hungry: and :insatiable: to wheel in for the party.
Here's a revised and expanded list.
*A: Bert and Bernice the Pigeon, Volume 2.
**B: Big Bird and Radar the Teddy Bear.
*C: Ernie and Rubber Duckie, Volume 1.
D: Mr. Dinger.
E: Guy Smiley.
F: Forgetful Jones and Buster the Horse.
**G: Grover Monster (2-Pack with Mr. Johnson).
**H?: Herry Monster...
After a bit of plotting, here's a lineup that I think might satisfy older and newer fans alike in terms of character selection with letter and number pairings. Keep in mind this is just my own fannish speculation.
*A: Bert and Bernice the Pigeon, Volume 2.
**B: Big Bird and Radar the Teddy...
Big news! There's a video from Kermit on Uncle Deadly week, which is now over and dead with. But the time has come to toot one's own horn, the Mayhem's completed with Lips as Entry #60! Yep, the 6/7 mark is a big one, only another ten weeks left to go.
Yes, :insatiable: with the letter O would be perfect. And then Don Music with a letter M, both as references to the What's My Letter? game show sketch since :search: already has the X.
Herbert Birdsfoot with a letter K, due to his kooky poem about Kaye the Kangaroo who played kazoo in the...
Really? Each individual release is a separate volume? I thought the toughpigs reviews of :p and :( stated them both as Volume 1, but it's okay.
If :batty: was labelled as Volume 3, he should have come with a Muppet number 3 instead. If they wanted to keep it to all letters until the...
Expanding on my previous post, it makes sense to me if Grover were to be packed with the letter G and Mr. Johnson by default with the letter N, but that's if they're individual releases. If they're a 2-pack then it's a toss-up that's just as valid whichever way. If Sherlock does come with the...
Okay, this is great news. Let's do a figure recap.
Released:
Labeled as "Volume 1".
Bert with Bernice the Pigeon and Muppet Letter A.
Ernie with Rubber Duckie and Muppet Letter C.
The Count von Count with Muppet Number 2. What volume was his packaging labeled as?
Upcoming:
Big Bird with...
The scare crew head down to the Bat Bolt & Skull to skelebrate :batty: and his vonderfully batty bat-day. The kitchen staff bring out a black garlic pineapple cheesecake deadcorated with black garlic black roses, dark chocolate ganache, and bat-stanchion posts made of milk chocolate and toasted...
Another prediction gone wrong, Uncle Deadly won't be featured as the entry for the week of Friday October 31 2025. How do I know this? Because he's this week's entry, #59! Rejoice fright fas! Not sure if this means the remaining weeks for October will be other Muppet monsters, but it'd fit...
Another reference from the comedy-styled news show Have I Got News For You!
They were talking about Department of Homeland Security (DHS) leader Christie Noem and asking the question of who really runs the department instead of her. And Amber Ruffin, one of the two team captains says that the...
And now, in honor of Entry #58, we will play for you "Lady of Spain"!
Tuning up.
:ouch: :ouch: :ouch: :ouch: :ouch: :ouch: :ouch: :ouch:!
Too bad he has to replace those Muppaphones about every two or three weeks since thy go flat like littlia pancakes.
