I would hate to say this, but Sesame Street Unpaved is long gone. It has not been on for 3 years, and it will never come back. All it was was a filler, when Noggin/The N didn't have enough programming of their own. And I bet the people who just recently tuned into that channel never even knew...
I really don't think they can do full seasons. Because, you have to remember, there used to be 130 episodes per season, except for Season 2, which has 145 for some unknown reason. I mean, if they were to put 130 episodes in one set, it would probably take up like 65 DVDs. But, yes, maybe they...
Actually, this doesn't have anything to do with the channel number, but WSBE-36 in Providence, RI used to use the song "Born to Add", and they'd mix it with a whole bunch of other shows from PBS, and some other SS sketches, but the song played throughout the montage. And believe it or not, they...
Yes, I do know the one you're talking about. I'm not from Canada, but I've seen it on this incomplete Canadian episode from...I think it's from either '79 or '80 that I have on tape. It featured the normal harmonica music that was used on the Barkley and the Kids closing here in the U.S. But...
They don't play nearly as much variety as MC Radio. I'm talking as far as Sesame Street goes. SS Radio only plays songs from CDs that are currently being released.
Well, I mean, it DOES have SS, after all. But the episodes they're showing right now are from Seasons 30 and 31. I mean, those episodes are like 7 years old now! And do any of you remember in Noggin's early stages where during the preschool block, they aired SS episodes from Season 25? I mean...
I don't know about that. Because if I switch browsers, it works fine. See, I think it usually means that there was a glitch when it was downloading and it only worked up until a certain part. I wish there was a tech who knew about this problem.
I've actually noticed that too. It is kind of annoying. But, I think usually if it happens, it means that something goes wrong when it downloads. I don't really know how to fix it.
Interestingly enough, the music for that skit was written by Edd Kalehoff. It was the only piece of music he did for Sesame Street, but he worked on The Price is Right for many years, and he has written music for various news and sports shows over the years, such as ABC Monday Night Football...
Actually, this series was made in Season 12, and originally, it did not have Maria or Gordon's voice. In fact, nobody talked at all. And also, originally, the longest jingle used to have the sound of a baby at the end. I don't know why it was there, but after a few years, I think when they added...
I remember watching this on Home Video, and I also heard it on a record album. And for the video, they actually re-did the whole part with Luis telling the story, so it looked newer.
Well, they can't exactly air Season 33, because the format was so different. That's why they didn't air any Season 33 shows in Season 35. You know, with Monster Clubhouse, the OLD Journey to Ernie, and all those other things that bombed.
I know, I know, I can understand why you're upset, but it's more real than unreal. I mean, don't you think it's a bit odd for a season of any show to START in April? I mean, why premiere something if no one will be watching it?? But I think the big reason why they're doing this is so that they...
Actually, here's something interesting. He didn't used to be a hermit back in the 70s, especially the early 70s. For example, in the song "Play Along" from the album Sesame Street 2, he obviously didn't want to join the fun, but they forced him to. "Come on, Oscar! You gotta get in it!" And he...
