You're not wrong--it appears in episode 2404. They also sang "Standing at the Bus Stop Sign", where (at the end) Big Bird picks them up in his imaginary bus.

You're right about "Barbra"; that'd probably be better.
I can't really argue about that, but Ambrosius does appear alongside the Muppet dogs, like the Storyteller's Dog. One thing I forgot to mention was that these dogs were holding an O.M.D meeting: the Organization of Muppet Dogs.

BARBARA...
The "Manny" in the picture has black hair and moustache, and a pink nose. He's made from the lavendar live-hand AM.
Toothy is a large pair of teeth manipulated by wires. He made his debut in episode 406.
I understand where you're coming from, and I know where you can find the proof: from Sesame Street, episode #2574, and the home video "Getting Ready to Read" (they even spell it out on the video's activity book).
