Update: DLGabriel wasn't able to find me a Fozzie rope arms and legs dog toy as his local Pet shoppe didn't have any, so if anyone finds one in their local pet store, please drop me a line. Thanks. :)

I would suggest you buy a Walter plush, cut him open and take out his stuffing and you will have a puppet.May not be an exact replica, but pretty close.
