Planet Claire was awesome,it's not very often to come by a show that's actually encouraging to bigger kids and it's even more rare when it's a girl.:) Probably,they have magic,I think. Although it does sort of make you think,why is this kid out there alone and why do they have a human ambassador ?

I know this is a kind of old thread but I read this conversation a few years ago and just came across it again today. It's a really interesting discussion and equally interesting to see how far TV has come in just four short years. Animation was really just starting to make a comeback in 2011...

They had Dog City which had Rowlf as the narrator and then in 1992 the animated series that was based off of that special. I don't think Jim had anything to do with the animated series or very little as it came out two years after his death.
