Gabriela and Skeeter would totally hang out together. I can see both Sid and Gerald with Fozzie, Fozzie would love playing with Sid's microphone (especially since it has a built in laugh track and applause though it would still probably boo and throw a tomato at Fozzie when he used it) and...
He sang one line in the Barnyard Boogie number ("Well the barnyard was jumpin', Everybody's having a fling)" and did one of the "And me!"'s during the closing credits of GMC.
As a kid, i didn't even think about it that much - i just took it for granted that "today Gordon has hair", 'today he has a moustache" - just like how people change their hairstyles, go from having long and short hair, etc. It didn't affect my suspension of reality just as how sometimes Herry...
I love the Oscar/Telly dynamic. I will probably take some heat for this by those who don't like anything Elmo - but i also really like the times when Elmo/Oscar get paired. They're a great contrast in personalities - Elmo's over sweetness mixed with Oscar's over sourness - the irresistable...
Would it make a difference if a sockpuppet wore a shoe for the ceremony?
I also think it's a good idea for this to go in Feedback because there's many members who only visit certain subforums or don't pay attention to others. If one's not into the "What tune are you twiddling your thumb to...
DramaticEmpasis
...just in case you hadn't figured it out by now, you now have a perfect "visual aid" as per your earlier question as to "what is thread muffining?"
Getting a giggle out of the thought of a "naughty copy" of a Muppet flick - yeah i know you're referring to a bootleg but the term lends itself to other fun manner of interpretation.
Either way, it would be kind of a kick to view "A Cheap Copy of The Cheapest Muppet Movie Ever Made"
Interestingly enough, all the news accounts i've found on this so far haven't yet said what the outcome is.
Scary thought: if that had happened at my school, i would have been in a heap o'trouble since everyone associated me with being The Muppet Fan on Campus and all the authorities would...
A nomenclature nitpick
The Muppet fan community has taken to refer to these as "hidden gems" but i don't think that's the best term since they range to being very subtle/hidden to being pretty overt. That name started because the first we heard about them was the TP interview with Joey...
Couldn't they have just used a Kermit "Letters From Santa" stamp instead?

School cancelled after suspicious package, Muppet found
BOULDER COUNTY - A charter school in Lafayette cancelled classes for the day after a suspicious package was found Wednesday morning...
Everyone? Fans, yes. Disney, no. May i present the jury with Exhibits A & B - Disney's refusal to allow Kermit to be used in dvd releases of Emmet Otter & Christmas Toy.
Disney has been largely fantastic with its handling of the Muppets but this is one of the rare areas where they've...
Pretty much nothing is known about the movie at this point aside from the title but i wouldn't worry about songs. The Muppets learned their lesson from MFS and original songs are pretty much a given for Muppet movies from this point on. Especially if Segel is indeed involved with the writing.
Gonzo was indeed carved by Jim and meant to be a Muppet monster at first - specifically one of the Frackles (they were made for the 1970 Great Santa Claus Switch special where most of the Muppets that would become Muppet Show monsters originated including Thog, Droop, Boppity, Gloat, Miss Kitty...
Gotta love it - people getting up in arms over something a rumor that has no basis of a starting point! I can see how Veggie Monster snowballed out of the season 36 healthy food initiative but how in the world did this even get started?
My guess is some say-anything-to-get-people-to-listen...
Yeah they did and i was just as bewildered because again they were all Muppets you never saw being tickled...i kept wondering why they were overlooking the obvious choice with Grover.
You heard wrong. MFS was before Jacobson started doing Piggy. You can definately hear that in the trailer and bloopers it's not Jacobson.
Have to go back and check the credits but i don't even think EJ was even involved with MFS.
