I think breaking the fourth wall just has to be done well. I think the Muppet Movie, the whole idea of it being a movie within a movie was done well. There was also the part of the band having the screenplay which also worked really well. In the Great Muppet Caper I can only think of a few...

First welcome to Muppet Central, secondly I don't think I have ever heard of a sketch like that on the Muppet Show. You would almost have to start watching them season by season to maybe find it.

No not really at first it did, but then I found out that it was closed captioned and then all I had to do was pause the video every sentence and type it down. It only took me about and hour to and hour and a half to do it.
