I'd love to see that. Or just having some of the international characters occasionally make guest appearances on the show would be nice. It would be a great way for kids to see a variety of different cultures, while making the hardcore fans happy at the same time.

It actually sounds like a pretty interesting plot and it goes perfectly with the show's current "kindness curriculum". I hope this is executed well. Don't actually know for sure if this is a thing that'll actually happen or not but, every so often we've been getting some small amount of news regarding the potential project. So here's what we have so far starting with an article that came out just this week...

We don't yet know the nature of this project. Could be a mini series, could be a made for TV thing, or it could be a limited theater release like IABB and BE, we don't know yet.

I actually think they did crossovers far more during the "classic" era then they do now.
