Nigel, although silent was in the OK Go video of there version of the Muppet Show Theme and was also in the end credits of the 2011 movie The Muppets.
Wally, was just a simple Whatnot Muppet preformed by Jim for that particular show. I think that one reason that pilot did not work was because...
I wondered why it was filmed in widescreen as well, I could not even see Janice in the band inserts! I did not even realize she was there until someone on here said she was!
What else could the Muppets have really done to make there parts better? I really thought they where spot on, and there parts really had a Muppet Show type feel to it.
There are some Lady Gaga fans on the forum who loved that she did the show with the Muppets. Me personally I did not watch the show for her, but for the Muppets. I think the last scene with Gaga Kermit and Piggy hit it on the head. Gaga was going in one direction, promoting her new album. The...

I kind of think because of the show having Lady Gaga as the star people where bound to find problems with it. The Muppets did what they know how to do best, which is put on a show. They where funny, witty, charming, and the Muppets.
I do think that if they gave the Muppets a little bit more...
Fallon is the only one of the late night hosts with any real musical talent. He also has a real deep love for Sesame, and the Muppets. I wonder if the Classic Muppets will make a Christmas appearance like they have the last few years.
