I really don't think that the first two or more would get the full attention of the staff here. I think that to start off we should really find out who would want to go, and start from there.
I honestly do understand the concern, but at least we are trying. I'm sure that there will be some tough times throughout this movement, but we have to try. I personally feel it is doing an injustice to Jim and everyone else who worked so hard on the last two seasons for people not be be able to...
Thank you from someone who has done things like this before your kind words mean a lot. I may send you a private message one day to get some advice and see if I'm going in the right direction.
Yes Jim was like and and sometimes he bit off more then he could chew. I would love to see some sort of Muppet/Henson gathering, and it become a huge once a year thing. Just think what that could do for the Muppet Movement! If you look at the link I posted from Walt Disney meetings, they would...
If they don't then maybe if we started this idea we would not do that as well. We could however try and reach out to the Jim Henson Legacy. They just might be the group that would be willing to help.
I really don't think that should be an issue. The folks over at toughpigs do Muppet Vaults where they show different thing from the Muppet/Henson collection, and I don't think they have any issues with copyrighting.
Ok so I read all 28 pages of this thread, and I must say that I think the rise and fall of this idea was the website.
Although I think Greenville would be a great place to have it. I found this: https://www.disneymeetings.com/
Now something like this would cost money, how much money I'm not...
this is a sweet story, and I'm so glad you go to do that. I think that is just about every Muppet fan's dream is to go to the Street. Did you get to see the set?
Wow!
You could have been a little more nice about this first off. I take this movement and idea very seriously, and I do think that it will do some good to at least try. I have seen movements like this work in the past. Sure it was with different companies, but I honestly believe that Disney...
I like Pepe! I think he really found his place with the Muppets in A Very Merry Muppet Christmas movie. His story line was solid, he was funny charming, and seemed to learn his lesson at the end.
Then when the web video's came out he was really funny in those, and really started gelling more...
If you want to try and become a Pepe fan, I would suggest watching A Verry Merry Muppet Christmas Movie. His storyline is very good, and he is funny and charming. He also seems to find his place in the Muppet family in this as well. At least that is what I think.
