Welp, i've been here for almost two years now but...
Nickname(s): Mr. Grover on DeviantArt (check that out by the way. *plug plug), Boomerang FishProductions on Youtube (I don't have any videos yet though), And I go by Pig's Laundry on Muppet Wiki, as well as the ToughPigs forum. Also, when I...
It's definitely an interesting concept. Given the time this was written, my guess is Rob Schneider would've been the grumpy boss guy, but I think i'd much prefer it being Sam the Eagle. That is, unless Sam had some other role in the script.
It would've been interesting to see this get made...
It is a bit baffling, especially considering the fact that Elmo was being established just before Kevin took over the character. Usually when a performer takes over a character it starts off as just an impression of the previous performer but gradually it becomes something different. Kind of...
I'd say in the 60s it was the main draw for the characters, but ever since the 80s the characters and plots have been much stronger. So as long as the characters are themselves and their voices are basically the same, I think it's Ok if the pitch is just a tad deeper. I think their dialogue is...
That is sad, but I guess the network's recent treatment of the show was a pretty big indicator. Oh well, at least the show will go out while it's still good. Like you said, Sumo moving to another school was probably a sign it was ending, so hopefully the creators have an ending planned/made...
Oh, that is scary. I really hope these are just lying trolls looking for attention. But if it is true, I wonder what they would mean by him becoming increasingly difficult to work with. Was he too opinionated on set? Is he secretly an A--hole?
Is he mentally ill? What the heck is the matter...
Well, no ( although thanks for reminding me I need to apply for a job again). You see, i'm homeschooled, so most of the day i'm at home. Therefore I don't have the built in social structure that you see in an actual school. All my friends, I have to make by actively searching for kids that live...
Matt's doing a fantastic job with the bird. But, now that you mention it, I really would like to see Eric's take on Big Bird.
Yes! That was always my main frustration with the show. The character's interactions and plots were often the best part of the show, but they rarely felt fully fleshed...
Hm. So, I guess now that Zoe is no longer Elmo's best friend, she hangs out with Rosita more now. I actually prefer them better without Abby. Abby always seemed kind of shoehorned into their group just because they had so few girl characters. But these two are a good pairing.
I'm pretty surprised I haven't heard very many parental or conservative groups complain about that or Jeff's two moms on Clarence or all the gay on Steven Universe. I hope that means we're making progress and it's not just that their hiding in the shadows. Either that or it's more adults...
Ever been forced to socialise with people you hate/ have no connection with? Well try being forced to do that every single week! :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
Yes, listened to the whole album on the radio last night. For me it only gets better the more I listen to it. Man, i'm telling you, that orchestra in A Day in the Life, :flirt:.
Also, very interesting. I had no idea most bands back then usually released more than one album per year.
Don't feel bad, I kinda always assumed that was the real Jim Martin too until you said something. But, hey, it's always great to be connected with other puppet fans, we gotta support each other, so it's great that you're Facebook friends! I'm sure you're making a bigger deal out of it then he...
