:excited:This sounds amazing! Looks like this will officially be another Muppet Show live type thing. Can't wait to hear the newer performers sing older songs. Can't wait to see everyone perform, especially The Electric Mayhem (hopefully). Also, new chapters of Pigs in Space and Veterinarian's...
I'd love for them to make some kind of deal so that can be released, but for the time being I think their respective companies are doing a good job with them. What I want to see is The Jim Henson Company buy Bear in the Big Blue House, then we might finally get some DVD or streaming releases.
Yes, I know it may be hard to believe, but as someone on ToughPigs said, on this day in 2006 Abby's first episode, Episode 4109 premiered. Kids who were five years old when she first appeared are now legally old enough to drive. I myself, was seven when the episode aired.
True, but the other characters' younger siblings like Curly Bear and Alice acted more their age. But, then again, i'm applying waaay too much logic to this show. :o
Nope, just someone who really wishes the show would utilize it's characters better. ;)
Meanwhile, this brings another question to mind. Abby, Elmo, and Zoe are all supposed to be three, so how old is Rudy? He doesn't really act much like a one or two year old.
I know that Abby is the main girl Muppet now, but I really think the divorce/blended family story line would've been more interesting with Zoe. Zoe has a much wider emotional range, and she's always been very naive and curious, so seeing her be upset and confused about her parents' splitting up...
If I went into all the things that used to scare me when I was little, we'd be here all day. Let's just say, I was frequently compared to Chuckie Finster. But, a few things I was afraid of were:
The sound of the toilet flushing (until I was three).
Going in the pool (still not completely over...
UGH, those animatronics, man. They really creeped me out when I was little. Their eyes followed you, and i'm pretty sure they had motion censors, depending on the location, so i'm certain I almost died of a heart attack on at least three separate occasions when those things started singing...
I hate to be that guy but, I really miss his old music, back when he was more innocent and played the ukelele, or even his more 70s sounding music a few years ago when he first sprouted the afro. Anytime before he started the whole ''pimp'' persona. Still though, you gotta admire him, he's got...
I actually didn't think about that, but yeah, the Muppet movies already have celebrities in them. :p
I don't think Disney should sale, I agree with what Steve said about letting the Muppeteers be more involved in the creative process like they used to. Let them oversee scripts, let them decide...
I definitely think Warner Bros would be the best option, but i'm also kind of mixed on it. I mean, if Warner bought them at least we'd know there would probably be more merchandise; just look at their Funko figures for extremely obscure Hanna Barbera characters like Ricochet Rabbit. And they're...
Haven't actually watched the show yet, but my little brother already loves it!
I really like the ending song. Also, Rebecca Sugar's the one singing it, so that makes it amazing!:
The whole show does look pretty unique compared to the others, especially the art style. The premise and KO's...
