    Favorite Frank Oz character?

I love all of them but, Grover all the way. He's just so versatile. He's silly, sweet, thoughtful, careless, funny. Seriously, he has some of the funniest lines in the history of the show, which can partly be attributed to Frank Oz's amazing ad-lib skills. It's admirable that he always tries to...

    Most Iconic Big Bird Design?

I actually quite like that one. At least it's not as huge as that one IGN ad where he was singing "9 to 5".

    “Hello, Sammy!”; inappropriate or not

On a slight off note, I love Carol's voice. EDIT: fun fact for those that don't know, Fran Brill picked the Zoe puppet because it looked like Carol Channing, and she also originally based her voice on Carol.

    Muppet Villains: A Case Study

Hmm. I guess she kind of has been antagonistic in a lot of things she's in, not quite everything, but a lot. You ever notice how when Frank was playing her, she often got a similar treatment that villains get in a lot of movies and TV? Life constantly threw things at her, and she was constantly...

Your Favorite Song From Sesame Street

I feel like one song that's overlooked way too often is I Wonder. It's a beautiful song. It's not as bittersweet as I Don't Want to Live on The Moon, but it's every bit as earnest. It's sweet and whimsical. It's very rare for the show to have a song like that, nowadays. And Steve's vocals as...

Sesame Street Season 50 News and Rumors

I mean, I get being disappointed that the show is for a younger audience now, the last couple seasons have not quite been my cup of tea, and that took a while for me to accept. But, I don't think we can definitively say if it's better or worse now - the show's just doing it's job.

Sesame Street Season 50 News and Rumors

Ultimately, for us older fans it really just comes down to personal taste. But what matters more is for kids to get something out of the episodes, and for the writers to make something that caters to those kids.

Sesame Street Season 50 News and Rumors

The use retired puppets and puppets built specifically for the workshops. Of course this doesn't take into account when main performers like Matt or Stephanie perform characters like The Count or Prairie Dawn during the workshops.
