Oh yeah. I think probably one of the most noticeable instances was several years ago, I dunno when but, Andy Williams was on a float singing It's The Most Wonderful Time of The Year, and it was so obvious he was lip-syncing because it was literally the famous recording that we always hear from...
Ew. Good call on Apple's part.
But also, the Tumblr app sucked anyway. It's super slow and a few basic functions don't work. The web version is definitely the way to go.
