Because of the DefunctTV Jim Henson celebration month news, I'm watching one of their videos right now. It's the one about The Black Cauldron ride at Japanese Disney World that was ridiculously dark and terrifying.
But anyway, the main villain for that movie as well as the accompanying theme...
I can't believe the awesome news I'm hearing right now.
I'm a HUGE Defunctland fan and I'm so happy that they are dedicating an entire month to my all time favorite creative individual, the man who created a large portion of the characters I grew up loving and through his use of highly...
A friend and I once played a game where we saw if we could keep an entire naturally flowing conversation made up of nothing but just pure movie quotes. The result sounded a little something like this:
"The names is Bond.....James Bond" (The long running James Bond franchise)
"I am Groot,"...
Plenty of kids have imaginary friends, right? Well many years ago, I had an imaginary GIRLFRIEND.
Because I'm a furry, naturally she wasn't a human character. She was a giant pink rabbit with cartoonishly long eyelashes and a big bright red bow in her hair. I named her Sarah and I remember...
When I was still in elementary school, I created my own made up language called Blem.
The teachers at my old school thought Blem was hilarious so one of the Kindergarten teachers decided to introduce a unique new class at the end of every Friday.
"Blem word of the week," was a fun project Mrs...
I turned on my TV today and saw the most disgusting show ever conceived playing. It was the infamous Dr. Pimple Popper and I actually vomited after enduring merely 20 seconds or so of it while scrambling to change the channel.
Dr. Pimple Popper perfectly displays everything that is wrong with...
Hey @MikaelaMuppet, I thought of you today. I met a woman named Laura Hall this afternoon and I couldn't stop thinking of how she has the name as the lady in the band on Whose Line Is It Anyway?
I just thought you'd think that's cool.
Hilariously enough (considering my username), I had a dream that I was Flaky from Happy Tree Friends last night. No seriously, in that dream I legitimately was supposed to be in the flesh a female cartoon porcupine. How weird is that?
What made me roll my eyes today? Just this entire video:
Futurama never crosses the line as far as I'm concerned. I only got offended by the show one time during it's whole 7 season run (it was the scene where Zoidberg dresses up like Jesus and the only reason it offended me was because I used...
Speaking of which, I don't know why people claim that Dinosaurs was based on The Simpsons. I mean come on, it's a primetime sitcom about characters in prehistoric times dealing with modern situations. Yabba dabba doesn't that remind you more of a certain other show that premiered decades before...
I'm a HUGE fan of Eureeka's Castle as well.
When it comes to puppet/animated shows, I generally stick to the ones that are meant primarily for adults but I can't help but have a huge soft spot for that amazing childhood memory.
Yes, I can definitely tell that Robot Jones has taken over your life. Don't worry though, you are not alone my friend. I too was once heavily obssesed with a robot cartoon, only difference was that the robot I loved was a chicken, not a Jones lol :P.
