Does anyone, then, know where the picture of the Skeeter muppet that has been on the MC banner in the past came from? Was it created for some posters or publicity shots or something like that? Or was it from this same video?
No, there was another clip shown. It was one of those TV within the TV within the TV things, with the Muppet Babies watching the screen. On camera were Kermit, Fozzie, and Scooter.
It definitely was not the segment from MTM.
I was watching the Muppets 30th Anniversary Celebration the other day and noticed a few clips of muppet Muppet Babies (did that make sense? you know, puppets in the cartoon style). Does anyone know where these were from?

Missing Liner Notes
Well, I finally found a copy of the DVD (at a Movie Trading Company store in Dallas). However, it didn't come with any liner notes. Is this normal, and there were just no liner notes created for this release, or is this something I'm going to have to contact MGM about?
I'm in the same boat. I just inventoried my tapes, recorded by my parents during the original run on HBO.
I'm missing:
Boober Rock (Episode 26)
Mokey and the Minstrels (Episode 31)
The Honk of Honks (Episode 95)
Unfortunately, I have no access to a second VCR at the moment. :(...
Could you perhaps be thinking of Wonder Mountain? That's the one where, if I remember correctly, they run into a bunch of singing plants that hypnotize Red.
