Ok, this has been a question that has plagued me for years, and I'm finally going to ask it. Did Big Bird ever fly? I swear up and down that one time, on some special when I was little (early 80's late 70's) that I saw Big Bird fly.
So, who knows the answer to this question?
Just to clear this up for folks, these aren't Disney Animation Studio products (they are from Disney owned company labels like Filmation). So technically they are Disney, but I don't know how much of a hand Mr. Eisner (as he likes to be called) had in these. There is, however, a plan in the...
I think in The Great Performances "World of Jim Henson", Jerry Nelson talks about Jim getting upset with him. I guess Jerry was upset that he didn't have but one line in an episode of The Muppet Show and threw a little Hissy Fit. Jim called Jerry into his office and reemed him out, telling him...
OOOoohhhh, I'll do Cher (no jokes perverts)
Cher was in Mermaids with Christina Ricci
Christina was in Adams Family Values with Carol Kane
Carol was in The Muppet Movie with Kermit the Frog
I like Matthew Brodrick to, someone do that one.
Wow!!!!! I didn't think of that. I was thinking
DON'T READ THE REST OF THIS POST IF YOU DON'T WANT AN AUSTIN POWERS GOLDMEMBER CAMEO REVELEVED. Well, that was pointless as I just reveled it. Anyway I was thinking John in Goldmember with Michael Caine who was in MCC with K.T.F.
Hey Nathan,
That's what I thought, but in your post you stated they couldn't steal the head as there is no floor. But did someone fall through and get hurt or die? That wasn't clear in your post and what the previous posts were relating too.
I really think Futurama had a promising outlook, but it just never panned out. I for one love it, but never get to see it often as I'm working when it is on. I found the writing sharp, but the characters do fizzle, I'll give you that. And I agree that Matt will never top the Simpsons, that...
Warrick,
Yeah, Teddy Ruxpin had Grubby the Catipiller as his "companion". There also were puppets of the little Firby like birds (can't remember their names, the evil Green dude, and the big purple fuzzy monster.
Worlds of Wonder (who came out with Teddy Ruxpin), came out with a bunch of talking figures. The best (in my opinion) were:
Mother Goose: Her head turned from side to side, and her beak and eyes moved. Could also buy the ugle Duckling to interact with her.
Snoopy: His ears, eyes, and...
I too have heard of these and seen a few pictures, but know no other information. I know Kevin (Fozziebear) has pre-ordered them. Email him for details, and if I can find him I'll have him post the information here.
They are saying that they don't find the pigeons being banned a big deal, and they find no humor in the poor pigeons death by hawks while forgein tourists stand by and take pictures while saying, 'OOOooohhh'
They also are saying that on Grad Night, some drunk stupid future leader of america...
All three still amaze me to this day. From Oscar going in and out of his can, to Cookie Monsters Google eyes, they are incredible. I don't have mine in my place right now, they are packed up with most of my other Muppets at my folks house. Sigh. But soon, hopefully, I will be taking ownship...
