Yes they were speeding according to me, because I was going about the speed limit and they flew around much faster; and on a dangerous road like that with drop-offs, that is certainly not the thing to do. And I never said "I was driving in their lane". When I saw I was over the line while...

Oh, I am, thanks. I have people in law enforcement who know stuff like this helpin' me out, and I've told 'em about that in even more detail. So they'll let me know about anything fishy, or what I should/shouldn't do.

Yes, to a degree, but I made sure to tell the trooper the other driver was speedin'. Well I talked to the District Attorney the other day, and he told me it won't be that bad and I won't need a lawyer---he even pulled my leg with a joke, lol.

First of all, if you knew the physical and mental stress I've been through, you would not say I was havin' a "golly gosh" attitude---that is far from the truth. If I seem "golly gosh", that is only because I put myself through much more strain than was needed---after numerous people tellin'...

Thanks Erin and Luke...about the court appearance though, it'll be just me. It's not a "____ vs. ____" deal, it's the kind where each a bunch of people show up at 9 a.m., and they handle each individual one by one. So when I'm called, I'll present my story, and that's it.

Actually Luke, everyone here is tellin' me the opposite, and I believe 'em. I can't tell you how many times I have been told not to worry, they (people I've talked to) would have done the same thing, etc. With the conditions and circumstances, they tell me my side of the story, my honesty, is...
