Over the past few weeks, I've been keeping an eye on the sales ranking of The Muppet Show Season 1. In June, the release cracked the top 100, then for weeks it hung around 30-40. Last week it jumped into the top 10 which is just amazing for a Muppet release. Click here to check out the Amazon...
We've actually had three different boards. The site debuted in January 1998. The first board premiered in April 1998 and was up for about six weeks. In May 1998 we moved to Delphi where the forums were hosted until April 2002 when Delphi began charging for more advanced accounts and went crazy...
It must have been the old forum (pre April 2002). I did a search for any posts with "Piggy" and "toe" and didn't come up with what you are looking for. Our search tool is very comprehensive, so it would have caught it if the post was there. Sorry.
Yeah, when I was working on the review I tried to research the song and came up with nothing. Someone has to know more about it's origins though. "Rock It To Me" may or may not be the actual title, but it was as close as I could find at the time.
Talked with a representative from HIT today and found out some good info on the upcoming release of Emmet Otter's Jug-band Christmas. The DVD will include a lost song, bloopers and behind-the-scenes documentary with the cast and crew. You can also see the first preview on-line of the new cover...

We've been talking about the rumors for months, but it is now official that there will be a new channel owned by Sesame Workshop, Comcast, HIT and PBS. They will have access to Sesame's entire library. Time will time if they show Classic Sesame Street from the 70s and 80s.

We have been enjoying it along with our nine month old. The music is great and really catchy, especially the theme song. Noel is wonderful as always.
In the future though, I'd love to see some special guest appearances with some other Bear characters hear and there. Bear could bring Tutter...
