Arugably, most people think of season 3 of TMS as the prime, and coincidently it is the middle season. It was when the characters evolved, the most famous guest stars came, and in my opinion it has the best Gonzo stunts. So which one of the season 3 episodes of TMS is your favorite? Vote now...
I just can not see Bean as a very popular muppet, I think if they did bring him back it should only be for physical comedy, because he really represents the cute side of the muppets, and that never is a good thing when Jim Henson never really wanted it that way, maybe he belongs on SS.
I really just want to see more muppets to do the ice bucket challenge. While it is not likely maybe Sam the Eagle could do it with Ty Burrell as their roles in MMW. It would be an excuse for a secondary muppet like Sam to do the ice bucket challenge.
Actually, muppet movies have made quite some money over the years. TMM made over $200 million adjusted and was one of the top ten highest grossing films of the year. GMC made about $90 million adjusted, and was the 21th highest grossing film of the year. After that nothing really was all that...
It seems like Louis Kazzager was retired with muppet sports besides GMC. Actually what I realized is that tons of muppet show sketches were basically cancelled while others went on for too many episodes to count, sort of like prime time television. Pigs in Space, Vet's Hospital, and Muppet Labs...
Thanks for the anwser, and yes before this episode I did not really care for Bobby Benson, and felt he was not among one of my favorite characters, but that episode made me see him in a new light. I am sure I was not the only one on the edge of my seat thinking that when Bobby Benson got...
Throughout the years there have been well over 1,000 muppets or at least what I think. Most originated on TMS, some in the feature films, and others on MT and JHH. Some have become break out stars like Pepe the King Prawn and Rizzo the Rat, while others dwelled for a while trying to grasp...
First Brian Jay Jones now one of Pepe's "beautiful wimmen". Wow, a lot of people who are celeberties in the muppet world have been joining the forum these days.
Miss Piggy could never risk getting dirty, anyways Miss Piggy is a character that would just never work on SS, because of her attidude that would be a bad influence to the kids, in fact a ton of characters would never work on SS including the following
Sam the Eagle: Kids would not find him...
Gosh, 42 minutes, I just do not have the time right now. I guess I will watch the full thing some other time. The parts I did watch were pretty neat. Frank Oz really threw some muppet movie logic by saying there is not enough conflict between the characters anymore, and that obviously Jerry Juhl...
Guess what time it is.
Here is the question for today.
In The Prologue what was the name of Jim Henson's child costar?
A) Hilda
B) Joey
C) Sally
D) Annie
The first one to answer wins...nothing.
Well I just can not see Bunsen and Beaker on SS. This is because they would have to really tone down the violence, so it probably would not be as funny, though I think Bert and Ernie would work well with the TMS cast in fact I believe Jim was originally going to put them as recurring characters...
