I wonder how much of this was ad-libbed... pretty hilarious stuff, even at the beginning with Susan laughing at her having no clue what Gordon buys in-universe from the... fish market of all places.
On top of his apparent health issues, Craig probably isn't feeling particularly motivated to host another event since the contents of the last one leaked; a bit ironic considering the supposed next one would be to honor Caroll and the content that leaked was his favorite episode of Sesame...
This isn't my personal favorite song, but I think it's unbiasedly the greatest song of all-time:

I watched some of that COPPA video and this doesn't seem that bad: it literally seems like only bottom of the barrel kids stuff will be affected, and not stuff...
Also, isn't this episode on the internet, or did I happen to actually catch some lost media live? I know I've seen this before... there's no way a 2002 episode is "lost".
