A fan fiction parody is a published article, not a long informal text message. The better...
It sounds like what you're saying is that because modern sites have to be designed for compatibility with a small mobile device all the way to a large screen display that the basics of design have changed over the years. If so, I totally agree. The good news is web design is continually evolving.
The cards section went off-line due to issues with the software we were using. It's been gone way too long though. Most of the cards featured beautiful illustrations by the talented @Smig.

Content bookmarks
We've tried to make it super easy to find new content you've not yet read, and re-engage you with content you've already interacted with, however, it's very common to read a post and desire to come back to it later. Now clicking the bookmark icon on any message will instantly...

Like so...
New media embedding features
The BB Code Media system has been significantly enhanced, and now supports embedding Facebook posts, Tweets, Instagram photos and a whole host of others.
Enhanced message editing
Rather than opening an overlay, editing messages is now done entirely in-place, with the content of messages replaced by a full-fledged message editor that allows the complete range of editing and posting actions.
Speaking of editing, some of you have requested that...
