Bear arrives on Disney+ The beloved series has been off the air for the past 15 years. Now all four seasons are finally available for a whole new generation.
It's strange that Taz became very popular way before he had his own cartoon series in the 90's. But that's Ensamble Darkhorse for you. I remember a lot of Pre-Taz-Mania Taz stuff, that Atari game (which I actually almost bought back in the day) being one of them. Also had a Taz poster with a...
And it turns out it's an act of "terrorism" (or in real terms pathetic loser who got angry at the wrong people and went to the internet for other pathetic losers to indoctrinate him). Which makes my point all the more valid. The government is doing almost everything to try and crack down on...
It's not so much that it's a cartoon to obsess over, so much as when something's that frustratingly out of reach, the fact that it is impossible to find makes the obsession.
That said, there's a crapload of Sesame Street stuff that hasn't been released to the public legally or otherwise. I can...
Huh... The Jungle Book has made over 900 million worldwide
I really think Disney didn't expect this to be as big of a hit as it was. And it still has to hit Japan and South Korea. Kudos to them on that, and I guess makes up for the Alice movie not doing well.
I don't know why, but ever since the episode where he and Harvey were fighting over if the cloud looked like a scary face or a horse's head, Kratz has become one of my favorite characters, if not favorite outright. And the kid's voice changing only makes him funnier.
Good to see the latest...
I'm only going to say this once. I try very very very VERY hard not to say "such and such a Right Wing organization is evil," but there's no other way to describe the NRA. It's been pretty much common knowledge for years that they speak not for the gun owners, but rather the gun manufacturers...
Updating classic character is tough. Super Heroes and comic book characters who usually get an update or two a decade get a pass because so many different writers and artists interpreted the characters (not that nostalgiaphiles don't hold onto a certain interpretation). But when it comes to...
I don't care about the nostalgic angle, but I've had that killer bee in my bonnet for some time. Clearly Saturday mornings aren't a thing anymore since you can watch cartoons any time any where, legally or otherwise. But the main thing that killed broadcast television Saturday mornings was all...
I have to admit, I like what the episode was actually trying to do, and that is getting more girls to get into computer programming. Bubbles was a strange choice and it should have been Blossom (and I bet the old schoolers are ticked off about that as well), but I get why they chose that...
I'm very disappointed in CN's treatment of this series, Be Cool, Scooby-Doo, season 2 of Tom and Jerry Show, and Bunnicula. They had a great Saturday Morning line up, and they discontinued it within a month.
I don't at all mind that there aren't too many other Looney Tunes in the series...
I'm actually pretty excited for the Teen Titans/PPG crossover. They're starting to show some bare footage of it, and it looks like it could very well be fun.
On another note, I've been wondering. If TTG is supposedly so popular and a DC comics license, how come there aren't any TTG Lego sets...
I'd say that's more than likely the case. Whatever red tape and character rights that's in MGM's court. It's not like this is some obscure film that wouldn't make sense outside of a small cult following. This is the most iconic film of all time, so iconic that every other Wizard of Oz...
Taking a cue from Steven Universe, this episode started off with a standard Mordecai and Rigby want to sneak out and do something plot, but it ends with some major twists.
Benson finally asserts himself in front of Dr. Langer, a mutant in a secret bunker has been revealed, and Langer ends...
I really hope that the movie franchise can be separated from the cartoon franchise. And they did a good enough job with that the first movie. I kinda remember TMNT III being the beginning of the end of the original Turtles (that was at least a year before MMPR came in and stole their thunder)...
To no surprise, as he's the guy who created the Ghostbusters, Dan's a little..uh...side passionate about the supernatural and all things ghostly. There's a story about his vodka coming in skull shaped containers. He told it once years ago on CBS Sunday Morning, but I unfortunately forget it...
Or it could be the exact opposite. When stuff like this happens, you need to be wary. When the crap that went down with the idiotic Mooninite stunt, the CN president was "stepped down" and replaced by someone who wanted to take the network in that obnoxious stolen programming from Discovery...
I'm sure that even the Flintstones movie wasn't even a gleam in their eye. Makes me think that they were going to make a series of animated features, but the Jetsons dropped such a huge ball. I watched it back when I got the DVD and I feel that it's still good for the most part, but you can...
This news is pretty disappointing. They do seem like they're a bit defensive about their properties, and I can agree with that on that level. But harassing storyboardists and being that nasty about it? That really doesn't sit well with me. I understand being a little frustrated by the...
