I've checked several of the Targets on the Palisades list and lo and behold there's JACK there Muppet-wise. At the beginning of Sept. my Target (which is on the list) phased out all Muppet stuff, clearancing the Chef playset to around $20-25 and mega Beaker to $8 (woo hoo).
I quit.
Heh, Muppeteer figures would be quite interesting. After all, the Star Wars Celebration II figure was George Lucas (aka Jorg Sacul) in an X-Wing Flight Suit.
Although its probably never gonna happen, what version of Jim would you like to see? JHH? TMS? Sam&Friends?

To my suprize, Amazon.com has them on VHS. I bought them about a month ago and I'm sure they still have em in stock.
There's 2 tapes with 2 episodes per tape. Each is around $11.
I always loved his "Magic Garden" song from his TMS episode.
Being from Colorado myself I was pretty much exposed to John by my parents at an early age. Although I mostly listen to Punk and Ska and all that stuff its not uncommon to catch me with Denver or Muppets on.

I stopped getting Simpsons. Buying characters that have only appeared in a handfull of episodes isn't worth it. Although I will buy whatever Muppet figs are released, despite the obscurity ;)
