I agree. I have a Boba Fett figure from the orange carded series (loose), and his rangefinder thingy is almost broken off. I even bought a little case to protect it so I wouldn't have to buy another. It's just a piece of plastic but it means a ton to me, mainly because it was the first figure...
There was a series of books about hedgehogs or porcupines or something of the likes I used to love when I was little, and I SWEAR there was a girl one named Tiggy in that. :)
What you are referring to is most likely an animated gif. You have to make each individual frame and then compile them together. I used to use a standalone program to make them, but it's long gone. I bet Photoshop has an option to do them; after all, it IS like $600 to buy for crying out loud.
Couldn't you just buy one, though, Andy? I mean, it IS definately easier and I bet you'll be more satisfied.
Unless cash is a problem -- then again Sculpey is pretty expensive last I checked. ;)
They do bring up vey good points. After all, if you, for example, broke a window in your house, you would have to pay for it yourself.
Not that I wouldn't like perfect figures, but you get what you get.
Besides, Rizzo isn't too expensive anyway, and you might just find him in a store, too.
Luckily I DID get the yellow Zoot, so it's not a HUGE problem. I found Scooter at EB on clearance but never once saw Rowlf in a store.
Don't even get me started on Koozie Kermit. I had to succomb to eBay-ing to get him (luckily I got it for a good price).
