Jim Henson Idea Man
Remember the life. Honor the legacy. Inspire your soul. The new Jim Henson documentary "Idea Man" is now streaming exclusively on Disney+.
Bear arrives on Disney+ The beloved series has been off the air for the past 15 years. Now all four seasons are finally available for a whole new generation.
I loved the season 3 premiere where Grizz becomes the star of his movie, only for the director to portray him as a dangerous beast. I especially loved how they replaced him with "Andy" (clearly referencing Andy Serkis) and a hilariously crappy CGI model, not to mention Grizz's outtakes from earlier.
90 years is an impressive age for a hockey puck like Don Rickles to live to. And he still continued doing what he loved best even after surgeries from a flesh-eating disease he was suffering through...
So, who saw the season 3 April Fools premiere? Let's just say it's really hard to wrap your head around whatever the heck went on, though it probably sparked a lot of interest in McDonald's Szechuan sauce. :D We also get to see a younger Rick before he became the cynical a-hole we all know and...
Dreamworks' The Boss Baby dethroned Beauty and the Beast, taking in around the same amount of money as Home did two years prior. Meanwhile, the live-action adaptation of Ghost in the Shell wound up in 3rd, and last week's Power Rangers reboot dropped from 2nd to 4th...
I liked seeing Robin putting his detective skills to good use, even if he did come across as a lunatic as usual. Also liked how the pelican, crab, and seagull in the establishing shots contributed to the actual plot for the first time and that
So, Imaginary Mary came and went, and while I don't exactly hate it, but I'm not too thrilled by it either compared to seeing Son of Zorn. Jenna Elfman is more tolerable in this -- a single careerwoman willing to get into a relationship with a divorced dad but is not entirely sure about...
I don't know what to feel about ABC's mid-season replacement Imaginary Mary, which is premiering tonight. On the one hand, we have another sitcom with an animated character, much like Son of Zorn, giving it a bit of edge. On the other, there's a lot of overlap with the film Drop Dead Fred (which...
I liked how they just had an episode explaining the oft-mentioned "Llama incident" that was even seen in the intro, and that we know what kind of dog breed Diogee is (he's a llamadog, whose herding instincts Milo helps to use to save the day). Was Carl Wheezer secretly the head writer for that...
"Splitsville" definitely felt like something from the original series, and reminiscent of "Three Girls and a Monster", only dome differently. Here, the girls use their fighting strategies (Blossom's newfound planning obsession, Buttercup's muscle, and Bubbles' cuteness) to solve different...
Did anyone else watch the premiere movie and the 1st episode of Tangled: The Series? Turns out it is canon after all. :)
Like I predicted, they have Rapunzel regrow her familiar blond hair by coming across a set of magical spiky rocks, and they also have her father being shown as overprotective...
Here's a guy making a piano medley with popular songs, and using the appropriate objects to play them.
He even sold out by making a sequel with commercial jingles. :)
Well, speak of the devil. Digging around the Internet, I came across this article that seems to suggest MaMS may be resurrected again, this time under the slightly-less-creative name Shadows and with the director of the "Three Flavours Cornetto" trilogy that includes Shaun of the Dead. Hopefully...
Surprisingly, Dreamworks has cancelled their sequel to The Croods. It was supposed to be released later this year, but was pushed back into next year before ultimately being canned altogether.

I agree with just about everything everyone has said. the muppets. got off to a rough start with the large amount of plot threads, risqué jokes, excessive reliance of Miss Piggy being a bee-yotch, etc. But a couple of episodes in, it began to get into the groove with a good blend of Muppet-style...
It's funny, I was just thinking of Chuck Barris after hearing of Chuck Berry's death. But now he has died of natural causes at 87, so I kinda feel bad now.

Barris was a real mad scientist when it came to game shows. The...
