I recently downloaded some new albums and heard some other 2007 releases; thus, my list has been updated accordingly.
Jarvis Cocker - Jarvis
Menomena - Friend and Foe
The National - Boxer
Queens of the Stone Age - Era Vulgaris
Wilco - Sky Blue Sky
They Might Be Giants - The Else
Arcade Fire -...
I listen to lots and lots of music, and I've heard about nineteen albums for this year. Here's how I would personally rank all that I've heard this year, in order from best to worst.

Menomena - Friend and Foe
The National - Boxer

So, it's officially the summer movie season now. What movies are you looking forward to this summer? Huh?
The movies I'm most excited about this summer are 100% originals... or, at least, they aren't based on pre-existing film franchises. The ones I won't be missing are Knocked Up...
Grodin is pretty much the only good thing about the 1976 King Kong remake.
I saw The Ex, and man, what a waste of talent. Zach Braff plays an even more exaggerated version of himself on Scrubs (if you can believe that), and the result isn't pretty. Grodin is sorely underused. The funniest scene...
For me, the funniest moment is when Kermit and Piggy are singing Love Led Us Here in Muppet Treasure Island. For the span of that three minutes, everything is pitch-perfect (not to discredit the rest of the movie - it's definitely one of my favorites!). The cuts between this incredibly...
Man, I can't wait for this. My only concern is the title. It's not that The Dark Knight isn't a great title, it's a fantastic title. Just, I think the first one should have been called The Dark Knight instead of Batman Begins... or at least title this one Batman: The Dark Knight or something...
I dunno. If I were doing it, I'd have it happen at the end of the movie, and then Two-Face would be the primary villain in the third film.
I can't get over how perfect The Joker looks.
I'm also a very big fan of Joel and Ethan Coen.
Blood Simple - "Gimme a call whenever you wanna cut off my head. I can always crawl around without it."
Raising Arizona - "There's right and there's right and never the t'wain shall meet."
Miller's Crossing - "I'm praying to you! Look in your...
I'm fairly certain that a lot of us are pretty passionate about film. Who are some of your favorite directors?
My favorite filmmaker of all-time is Pedro Almodóvar, the Spanish director of movies such as Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!, All About My Mother...
These made me laugh.
Gandalf - John Denver (if he were still alive - maybe some CGI magic?)
Arwen - Sam the Eagle in a wig
Bilbo - Statler… or Waldorf (they could switch off, like Mary Kate and Ashley did)
Black Riders - Gonzo (fell beasts, chickens, same difference)
And, the end was...
You're all geniuses.
An idea I had was for a troubadour, kind of like Cantus, I suppose, who showed up at mysterious times in mysterious places in the Muppet theater. That's about as far as I've gotten, but I think it could be funny.
Sylinde, this is, without a doubt, the most amazing thing you've yet to put on your site, especially for those of us who haven't seen or heard the special. I don't know how you can top it.
Thank you, so much.
