I'm thinking the body has a hunched back- long and skinny trenchcoat- black. Maybe a rough top hat like the mayor wears in Nightmare Before Chistmas :-)

Locating a local source for Plasti Dip?

I purchase mine from Home Hardware here in Canada. It'll run you $19.99. I tried Home Depot months ago and the sales person said they don't carry it anymore. If you can, order the spray form; the other "dipping" seems to dry out fast. If you can't I would recommend dipping as much as you can...

    Eye Mechanism How to Video

Puppeteers Unite has posted a video on making a puppet blinking eye mechanism- very basic, and informative. This is not my design- it was taken from various sources on the net. I just wanted to show it visually to those who have difficulty envisioning the steps, or how things are built. Enjoy...

    How to start making puppets?

Project Puppet If you are starting I would highly recommend Project Puppet- their patterns are well worth the money, and it is truely a great starting point in learning how a puppet is built. Go for the cheaper pattern first :) Another really good starting point is the Swazzle Puppet...

    question about Playsoup DVD

I purchased both and learned lots from them- however, I found the second one to be more informative and "indepth". Overall I give both a 10 outta 10 for content. I know this doesn't help since you have already got them butfor thos4e out there thinking about it- I recommend it.

Suggestions to not cut ones self

To start a hole... Use the tip of your glue gun, or a wood burner- it'll melt right through and can become a starting hole to cut through the ping pong ball...just a thought :-)

    Stubble?

You could also use a makeup brush and dark powered blush- but make certain you try the technique on scarp first. I apply the makeup to the backside of my hand first to get the majority of the power off first- then apply it on lightly. Like I said practice :-)
