Looks like he asked about these in order to sell them on ebay, lol:

Thats a good point, I could see some of these as full features, and if not that, perhaps an hourly show, rather than just 30 minutes. It would be cool if his son created a similar series - if you've seen the amazing work on shows like Farscape, its clear that the potential is still out there.
Storyteller is amazing - its as simple as that. The Greek Myths were also good, but they dont really compare to the original. Its a shame there arent more episodes - John Hurt was fantastic, and could even play the same role, if it were ever brought back on a modern show. Its too bad the...
I watched this movie and remember it being entertaining, but its nothing I'd own or probably watch again, it doesnt compare to the real Henson works, like Labyrinth and the Dark Crystal - if Jim were alive, I imagine this movie would have been very different...
The only Gorg pvc figures I have seen were the German versions, so these could possibly be from another country, or they could have been sculpted to look like the originals, seen here:

If they arent stamped, they could easily be...
I dont own any Labyrinth figures, mostly because I'm not really into owning a figure of Jareth...but Hoggle turned out nice. If they decide to do more, they should focus on creatures - a multipack of goblins would be great, and a fun way to see Frouds designs in figure form. A few statues were...
Interesting interview - they both have some amazing art work, their books are almost as magical as the movies. I look forward to hearing more about the second film - hopefully things get a push so it gets released next year.
Fraggle figures would be great, but its an all-or-nothing situation for me, either they make the 5 core characters, or they shouldnt bother with any. Thats the main reason I sold my plush Fraggles by Sababba, they were nice items, but a collection without Mokey simply wont due. Perhaps if the...
Its a real shame that item was cancelled - it looked like a great piece - I wish DC products were more widely available. BTW, Laszlo - your castle is stunning, you're a great artist...its a shame you didnt sculpt it commercially so we could buy them. ;)
I'm really curious to see what happens with this project, and to see if it still appeals to the adults who watched it in the 80s when they were kids (like me).
These look pretty cool, its a shame Sababba was such a failure when it came to releasing a Mokey plush - if they did, I would have kept my set and probably tracked these down.
Farscape webisodes would be cool - but they are best as teasers between seasons to promote new episodes or give a backstory, like with BSG. If Farscape ever reunited, I'd want it to be for a made-for-tv movie or something.
I got around to picking one of these up, and was able to get one for $9.99, which I think is a great deal for this item - the detail is amazing, and I'm glad its part of my collection. The only downside is the lack of accessories - he has NONE. I'd love to see this figure retooled with the...
I finally got around to painting these last year, but forgot to update this thread, so I thought I'd share a picture of my custom Dark Crystal diorama - the Mystics are based off the pewter miniatures, but these are done in resin and painted. I also painted the 'great conjunction' on the base -...
The preliminary art alone makes me want to see this film, I'm hoping for a 2009 direct-to-DVD release. While the original movie remains one of my childhood favorites, I'm not sure how an 80s era fantasy film would play on the modern screen - thats why I think fans and the studio would be better...
If this item is going to be released this month or next, shouldnt we have seen carded pictures of it? All we have are pictures of the prototype from comic-con...
This looks like a promising figure, and one that I would purchase - hopefully the accessories include an untorn robe. I think a Mystic, Jen & Kira 2-pack, and Aughra would make a nice sub-line...
