Agreed, there's just something extra special about seeing the originals on the big screen. :)
It'd be cool to see Being Elmo in a theatre, but I've been watching it a lot on Netflix lately. I'd only attend that screening to share in the audience reaction; I wonder who else would cry during the...
I hadta run into Walmart again this morning, decided to look at the finished display they were working on yesterday morning. Well, that one was done, plus there was a full half-stack display! It had more puppet-packs, plus The Muppet Movie (Kermit's 50th), the new soundtrack, a bunch of Muppet...
I'm pretty sure that pricing in the larger urban areas is always marked down for the first 5 days or so of release. Those markets have a lot of retail competition, so they do what they have to do to get the sales... oh how I wish I lived in a big city again sometimes, lol.
Awesome pics!! :D Thanks so much for sharing with us. If I can remember my FB login, you should have a friend request from me soon, lol.
Cheers! Looks like you all had (are having!) a great time!

Jamie! :D Just go into the "setup" section in the main menu - there's then an option below audio and subtitles to turn the Intermission feature on or off. ;)
Cheers!

Thanks for all the pics and that great video segment!! ;) I really feel like the first famous Muppet shoulda been there... ROWLF!! :( Ah well, maybe he'll just get his own star someday? ;)
The TWO sets my dinky Walmart had (yes, they only had two finger puppet exclusives sets), were both off. But yeah, I imagine if there were more to choose from I coulda picked one that was decent, lol.
Did anyone else think its crazy that the DVD and digital copy discs were shoved on top of...
Beautiful Kermit you've built! :) I'm so envious of all the Kermit's everyone has crafted for themselves, oh how I need to make my own again, lol.
I know there's a pattern for his whole body somewhere in this forum, just can't remember quite where, sorry! He's great so far though, I know when...
Lol, I did the same thing. Went intending to purchase the finger-puppet version as well as the Wocka Wocka pack, but it was my opinion that the puppets looked way off, ha ha. :D That made it easier for me to save some cash! Plus I used DMR' coupon to save myself 5 bucks. ;) I'm extremely glad...
Watching Dumbo right now, before that, The Lion King 2, before that, My Neighbor Totoro, all with my Son.
The wife and I watched In Time the other night, and The Secret World of Arrietty at the theatre last weekend (even though I've got the region-free DVD w/subtitles at home, lol. Big-time...
I forgot that I'd placed a bid on the puzzles... AND WON! :D So, sorry Travis, for not paying until earlier tonight. Had just checked my e-mail by chance and saw the alert from eBay, lol.
Can't wait to give my Boy those awesome puzzles! :) On my way to check out what you've got up this week...
Sheesh, you all are getting off pretty cheap. Here the lowest is around $4.40.
Lol, wow. I wish I didn't have to "pay attention" to gas prices! ;) (just playin, I only look when I gotta fill-er-up. :D )
Awesome! :) Watching the clock, paint-by-number figurines, and the board puzzles. Great stuff, I especially love the puzzles though, my Boy would have so much fun with them. :D
At least you guys have options (as far as physical stores), all we've got in my little town is Walmart. :/ I dont have a problem with them, but I do LOVE Target, ha ha.
Weird, I thought the earth would just expand to fit all the people.
Obvious statements and wise-acre responses aside, I sincerely hope you never feel how I feel.
