depends on the materiial, sometime you can use the same pattern, but fabric strecthces different than foam, i suggest drappin the foam sculpt and making your own pattern

hes a basic "Muppet" stlye puppet so look at the puppet building threads here, as for mech (blinks and brows and stuff), youll have to figure that out , there are many ways to do it, but i do not build mechs ,

i suppose it all depends on your skill level?, have you built a puppet before?, if not i suggest you look up puppet building here on the forum, youll need to learn about pattern making, sculpting , etc.etc. good luck, i supose you could take a pattern off the doll, by draping it in...
