OK. George the Janitor was obviously the man that "didn't want a baked potato" in MTI. However, it seems to me that the guy blowing the horn on the front of Smollet's carriage was also George, with a different wig and a mustache. Has anyone else noticed this?
I can tell you this: for TMM and GMC, a widescreen edition would be BEAUTIFUL, but it's not as important here as it has been in the past. Why, you say? Well, it's easy enough for me (and many others, I assume) to make 2-disc editions of these sets by taking the old Tri-Star disc and putting that...
Well, MC has now become my second home. I try to come on here whenever I can, as the people here are generally a great bunch. I so do love being here. :)
Also, I'm at the IMDb, but I don't like it, as the people there are very opinionated, intimidating and (often) stupid. I tried TP for a...
Perhaps, but I'd still love a 5.1 mix. 2-channel sound may be the way that the directors intended it, but a decent 5.1 mix can retain everything that the director intended whilst adding depth to the sound. Most 5.1 mixes that I've heard are WORLDS away from 2-channel. And if a 5.1 mix is...
These are my seven favorites. (Why? Five was too few, and ten was too many.)
1) Elton John. A personal favorite singer of mine, and his episode did not disappoint.
2) Paul Williams. This episode launched Paul's career with the Muppets, which represents his best work (IMHO). His episode is...
All I know is the slogan, "Is it live, or is it Memorex?" (This would come to haunt Milli Vanilli later on. :) )
I've got about five of those things and still use them regularly. My personal favorite is a Scooby-Doo one in which... I'll just take a picture later on so you can see it for...
Genius as usual! :)
The idea to do a two-parter was a spirited one, as one of my favorite Seinfeld eps was a two-parter ("The Boyfriend"). All in all, the best one yet. Keep it up!
Hmmm, I'd say there's about three that I can think of offhand:
D'Snowth (we're on each other's forums)
DanDanStrawberry (I read his journal a lot)
Aaron (we regularly talk Beach Boys via PM)
I'll make a little user-recognition list when I get to 2400 posts and do a look-back.
I've got another.
Ray and his wife Eileen were blessed in every way. They had been married for 25 years with few arguments; they had a beautiful house; Ray had recently retired early with a large pension. There was, however, one problem. Ray and Eileen had no children after 25 years of...
Michael Crawford is an amazing singer, no? :)
Wish I had the full cast album, though. All I've got is the highlights disc, as my father is too bloody cheap to buy anything else. *grumble*
Weather: BEE-youtiful. This is the first day in a while now where I could keep the windows closed without risk of heatstroke.
Breakfast: Cheerios, banana
Lunch: Pizza
Supper: Ravioli
It's true, the sculpts are incredible. My only criticism is that Waldorf looks a little thin (nothing that couldn't be fixed). Other than that, incredible! :)
