Apparently those talks ended as quickly as they started according to Bloomberg. Fox is safe from the Mouse's clutches... for now.

So now that Kevin Spacey's being accused of being a kiddy diddler like a certain other Kevin once was, how are they going to deal with the final season of House of Cards? Are they going to resort to killing him off or will they use the old Fake Shemp technique?
Next week will see the premiere of The Star, an animated tale based around the nativity of Jesus focusing on some farm animals. And Brian & Lisa Henson are credited as executive producers, interestingly enough.

While it is nice that we're...
One thing I've noticed in AAHHH!!! Real Monsters: Many times the monsters are shown to eat garbage and inhale polluted air (and presumably exhale clean air). Imagine how beneficial they would be for our environment if humans weren't so scared of them (and vice versa).
Saw got a sequel/reboot called Jigsaw, which is off to a slow start compared to its predecessors. And runner-up Boo 2 hasn't made as much as the first, either.

The Goldbergs gave us another Muppet reference in the form of a homemade Beaker puppet made by Adam's girlfriend in the establishing opening! Not a bad job, if I say so myself! :)
I like how Mark Beaks is not a bad guy, but a guy who is just really smug about the wealth he acquired over his tech empire, a parody of both Apple and Google, and one who is always jumping on to youth fads like dubstep and selfies. Gotta love how Scrooge and Flintheart can have a common bond in...
So the Madea "Halloween" sequel took the top spot, but it made a little less than its predecessor. Meanwhile, 2nd place Geostorm has performed way below expectations, and is not doing so hot with critics. And then there's the biopic Only the Brave, about the Yarnell Hill wildfire in Arizona that...
It's Ickis from AAHHH!!! Real Monsters. Appropriately enough, the first episode was about the main characters going out on Halloween and having some fun, and even getting him switched up with a kid who just so happened to wear a costume like his.
"Prick your feet!"
It's very unfortunate to hear this, but I wouldn't want to have Savino blacklisted from the business, as it's not like he's something more reprehensible like a pedophile (and I do not believe he's one of those either). Plus, I wonder how many of these accusers are simply raking him through the...
Happy Death Day was the winner this week, which essentially takes the Groundhog Day loop concept and puts a horror twist on it. In 2nd is Blade Runner 2049, while The Foreigner is in 3rd, and has already made a ton in China. No surprise there as Jackie Chan is the star...
I'm enjoying Lena, one of the new characters created for this reboot. She makes a great friend to Webby, and her being slightly older adds a nice dynamic to the team. And the fact that Lena's the niece of Magica De Spell (whose shadow resides within her somehow waiting to be resurrected) should...
Continuing the trend with weird crossovers on CN shows (Steven Universe with Uncle Grandpa, Powerpuff Girls with Teen Titans Go!), OK K.O. just crossed over with Captain Planet, of all things. Gotta love how Lord Boxman called out Dr. Blight on how ridiculous it is to destroy the only planet you...
Imagine what they could have done to Studio Ghibli's films had Miyazaki not put his foot down.
I'd like to see that "No cuts" katana that he supposedly sent them.
After last month's record-breaking high, October starts off with a slump as Blade Runner 2049 underperforms at $32 million, while runner-up The Mountain Between Us delivers a decent $10.5 mil., with It clinging on to 3rd. But unfortunately, My Little Pony fell short at $8.8 mil., and did worse...
