After I graduate college I want to do Mary Baldwin's graduate program... here's the official description.
"Mary Baldwin College, in partnership with The American Shakespeare Center, has combined the academic and applied aspects of Shakespearean theatrical studies to offer a unique Master of...
I dunno if anybody's heard, but "The A-Team" movie is finally being made. And this one, I think, has a true blue chance of being something awesome. His claim to fame is "Boyz N the Hood", one of my favorites. His other films include "Poetic Justice", "Higher Learning", "Rosewood", the excellent...
My favorite character in the entire series is Ness, which is weird because I hate "EarthBound". I learned to play with Ness early on and now I rarely pick anybody else... though Olimar may give him a run for his money. "Pikmin" is just boss.
Oh, and here's how out of touch I am - when I bought...
When I was a kid I went as Floyd for Halloween and I carried around my uncle's bass. I asked him last year if he remembered that and the look on his face told me that I probably hadn't actually asked for his permission.
Floyd is life.
I gotta go with Gonzo and Rizzo. No idea how that team-up came about, but unlikely as it was, it's turned into perhaps the most special thing to happen to the Muppets after Jim's death.
In retrospect, I feel I should have voted Floyd instead of Dr. Teeth. There is something so effortlessly righteous about the Sgt.
As a kid my musical tastes were not as broad as they are now. I grew up with "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and "New York State of Mind" as my favorite songs, but...
With the exception of being forced to play "Rock Band" and "Halo 3" at a party recently, I have not so much as voluntarily picked up a game controller in about two and a half years.
That said, I will be coming out of video game retirement to play "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" which I have been...
I've got one - "Bone".
"Bone" is an independent comic written and drawn by Jeff Smith. I've been a fan since I read it in "Disney Adventures" (R.I.P.) when I was like six or something. They stopped running it, and I started actually buying the books. It's a wonderful series, full of comedy and...
The "Dangerous Minds" part kinda rubs me the wrong way, but the rest of it actually sounds kinda wonderful. I love the idea about the subway. It sounds perfectly fitting for the Muppets.
I think the idea about a student saying hi to Miss Piggy could lead to a fun comedic moment. Her name IS...
I was really happy with this teaser. I hate, hate, hate "Tinseltown", so Henson Alternative is gonna have to produce some real quality stuff to win me over... though with this and "Puppet Up!" I don't think it'll be too much of a problem.
Actually, Peter Jackson is producing "The Hobbit" and an unnamed bridge between it and "The Lord of the Rings", but not directing. Guillermo del Toro and Sam Raimi are the two front runners for directing the two prequels, though there's been no official announcement.
Yeah, I don't have a song, which I'm not really upset about. I get to be a part of the chorus in several other songs so I'm quite happy! I've been doing a lot of different things to prepare. I want to speak fast but also be articulate, so I've been saying all of my lines with a cork in my mouth...
Honestly, I don't like it. I really love everything else Peter Jackson has done, especially "The Frighteners", and I can understand why some people like "Meet the Feebles"... but really, it's just tasteless. And it takes a lot for me to say that. Then again, I love "South Park".
