If you are a parent, as I am, try performing in front of your child. I lip-sync along to CDs to practice mouth movements. Sometimes I just improv, and do a whole "show". My daughter LOVES it, and it helps me practice with glove puppets.
Practice, practice, practice. Then practice some more.

Oh, I know there are Toronto puppet people. You need to keep looking behind the curtains. :)
Are you certain The Best of Kermit on Sesame Street is available on DVD? Amazon is not listing it as so.
Kermit sings "It's Not Easy Being Green" on 25th Birthday Musical Celebration DVD. My daughter enjoys watching this DVD very much.
I remember sing The Letter People books while in elementary school in the early 70's. I have heard that there was a TV series, but have never seen it.

I too enjoy this program. It seems that the entire background is CGI, so the puppets are all in front of a green screen. I think they are calling the technique "Shadowmation". I wonder what "Super-Shadowmation" will look like? ;)
I have met Caroll a few times, and even "guarded" Oscar for him. He told me that the only original parts of Oscar from 1969 are the eyes & mechanism to make him blink. The rest gets rebuilt every several years.
Does anyone know if any of the International Sesame's are available on DVD? I would really like to see a few of them. Any of you Sesame Video traders know where I can begin to find these?
Thanks!
The classics just don't sound very good when they are rerecorded, why not just rerun the clips. I too would love to see "I Love Trash" make a comeback. My daughter loves that song and dances to it when we play it for her on CD.:grouchy:
