Yes, I get what you are saying. Usually I do ignore it, but sometimes a guy just gets sick of hearing about it, and a guy just needs to vent!
Generally, CGI is not necessarily a bad thing, but when used to excess, yes, it can be boring. Story should come first.
A long as you mentioned Star...
Its not like I went out of my way, I recently ran across some of his comments by chance while searching through a site. And its not just him, there seems to be quite a few people out there who think that the Muppets are old news.
Its really disheartening, and it makes me nervous about the...
I am excited about the Muppet film.
On the unforutuante side, all of the Muppet haters (I.E. "Gigglesock" are predicting doom and gloom for the film.
So I ask all fellow Muppet fans (and that includes any guests who are reading this) to PLEASE, PLEASE go see the film in theaters when it is...
BTW, I just wanted to say that the Gigglesock guy who comments at Jim Hill media is a huge jerk.
Thanks, you can resume the discussion.
And yes, this thread will probably be closed if we don't get back on topic.
(But seriously, NOT cool to sneak into a movie without paying. If you are going...

And whoever said that by making sequels to their other films besides Toy...
Well, not necessarily.

The thing is, people get can get really attached to these characters, and they often want to see them again in new stories.
If the...
Even though Dreamworks stole the idea from Pixar... ;)
And I still say that Bolt was good. John Lasseter (from Pixar) was the executive producer. You should really give it another chance. It did well critically. and incidentally, it was NOT a kiddie film. It had jokes for adults.
Though I gotta say, from a on-camera perspective, she seems like a good sport, she didn't mind getting spaghetti dumped on her and she told them she loved it so they wouldn't feel bad. Plus, the whole putting her face in pancake batter thing from the breakfast episode.
