Kind of disappointed David Yates is back on this. Not that he didnt do a good job on the 5th film, its just I was hoping for a Peter Jackson, Chris Nolan, Tim Burton type guy for the big finale...
I hear you. This reminds me of my time spent trying to figure out who Meredith Braun was. Turns out shes a ridiculously good theatre performer, not surprised with that voice.
My gut feeling says she might have been an extra, but keep looking...
Those two are amongst the most significant reasons we should be optomistic. Their finding success through all kinds of different franchises. Its not like the muppet movie will be like either of these... these guys are successful movie people, their going to put together something dynamite, their...
1/4 of the way through MBT, Ive got to say Im very impressed thus far. Think Oliver Twist meets Harry Potter meets Series of Unfortunate Events... should finish up tommorow...
I hear what your saying when you talk about hating hearing something like that, I understand that and I dont blame you. Thing is things are changing, the companys changing, theres some transition pains here I think and thats going to bring up questions from the fans...I think the company itself...
What Disney can do is create, invest in and maintain high profile franchises. If they could generate even half the popularity for the new Muppet feature that HSM, Hanna Montana or Pirates has, then were all going to be pretty happy in a few years.
The voice of reason speaks. Good for you, this comment couldnt be more accurate imo. I doubt wed be seeing this kind of muppet project from the Henson company if they were still in charge.
This is beyond good news. I dont think theres much to be scared about... sound to me like Disneys...

The movie is really just a small part of what Im getting at. Its nice to know that you waldo know that the release is 18-24...

Truth is, its not normal... delays not withstanding, they're about a year behind on the teaser trailer, and you dont even need footage for that....
There is absolutely no doubt that the company is seriously lagging behind in the way they reach out to, not only their fan base, but...
Gotta say Im impressed with his Puppet Up performances, seems like a natural funny guy who can bring it out in his characters, a lot like Barretta.
His scenes are not crap blah, blah...
This was the place to show at least something, Ill agree with that. If productions being held up, they should have came with concept art or creature shop photos or something.
Mirrormask was amazing for what it was, a 4 million dollar "product lead" fantasy movie. I think they just wanted to expand their fantasy portfolio and have another flick to package with their two high selling movies. This was never going to win an Oscar. All the same, I loved it...
re
Its kind of like the Rock Band Kiss. The original members seperated because they couldnt stand each other. After 15 years they got back together... why? To quote Ace Freely, "there is too much money to be made"...
They'll get around to this eventually, its just smart business... just...
New Dark Knight stuff
Like I said, Chris Nolan can do no wrong, this movie is going to be just as fantastic as his others:
