I think my first ep was Scared Silly. I remember that one more than other from when I was a kid. We had it on tape and I must have watched it over and over. Seeing it again on dvd after all these years was a real trip!:coy:
Well, there is Jim Henson: The Works. It's a pretty good bio of Jim and Muppets into the early 90's but I'd love to see more about what happened with the Muppets since then.
Muppets and the internet just seem to fit together so well! My favorite part is the "DO NOT TOUCH" button. It seems to be random but there's a few different things that can happen, and totally worth breaking the "do not touch" rule.;)
It's free yahoo so the bandwidth is way limited but comes back after an hour or so. I posted some more photos with different details here http://www.flickr.com/photos/83202230@N00/sets/72157603831278593/
Thanks for all the accolades! Nice to know my hours of work were not all in vain. :) It...
Whew, so it took me nearly a month, but I finally finished my little Muppet Theatre replica. It's made mostly from polymer clay and cardboard and some other little bits and things. Thought someone here might get a kick out of it so here it is...
That's exactly what I was thinking. Now with all the love that California Adventure is getting they're even going to put in the once dead little mermaid dark ride. Although I think that was concepted for Disneyland Paris originally, I'm sure that a Fraggle dark ride could definetly have worked...
You know, I was just thinking that Fraggle Rock would have made an awesome dark ride. Maybe someday we'll get to see that in a theme park. Awesome storyline superboober, mind if I borrow some of it for a future fraggle project of my own?
1. The Yip Yips, loved those guys
2. Kermit of course, everyone needs a little green
3. Don Music, for all us frustrated people out there
4. Guy Smiley, I wish all gameshow hosts could be as enthused
5. Forgetful Jones, who could ever forget Oklahoma? I loved that sketch as a kid
Anyone, would def be Richard Hunt, but living I'd have to say Steve Whitmire. Something about the guy. I remember in some documentary, I think it was a SS one, he talked about how he had dreamt about Jim being back and how he was worried he'd have to give Kermit back to him. But Jim being the...
I haven't really been watching the show for past few years since a quality decline but I was thrilled to see a Muppet parody. When they had Animal do a drum solo the audience went wild. I wonder who came up with the idea for that. To think, I almost turned it off right before that sketch.
I remember seeing a picture of these figures packaged together a while back at mouseshoppe. I belive they were sold at Walt Disney World, the rest of the set includes Miss Piggy.
This is the Piggy I believe came with them...
