I don't think that specific info is available to the general public.
Its possible that we'll find out on the bonus features when the movie comes out on DVD next year.
So, I was thinking, I know some here had tossed around this idea before...
Maybe after all of "The Muppets" promotion dies down, (or possibly while it is still around) Henson could team up with a partner and create some Fraggle viral videos. As Dr.tooth has said before, the Fraggles really need...
I'm late here, but I have to say that I am very disappointed that the Hub is going to edit the sentence.
All because of one goon.
At least the episode is still in its original form on a DVD set.
Great find! :)
Yes, the arm rods were digitally removed in post-production.
I'm not going to watch those videos yet, I'll wait until after I see the movie.
Edit: Ok, I took a quick peek, but I made sure not to watch everything!
You are just jumping to conclusions, there is no fact to that at all.
Its not just "The Muppets" or Disney.
ALL American made movies take longer to hit theaters abroad. And vise-versa.
What can I say? It stinks, but that's how it is.
And see guys? Its just like I said before, some fans are...
I do not appreciate that statement.
All signs point to this being a good movie.
Why? WHY is it so horrible to be cautiously optimistic? That is all Duke and I are doing, Why is it necessary to make fun of us?
Oh, sometimes it IS that simple. Some people are just impossible to please.
Sometimes its not about having been burned. sometimes its about the person's expectations being unreasonable. Facts are facts.
This is the Internet for God's sake, anyone with a brain knows that what people tend to do...
I agree Drtooth. (As usual :) )
Its been stated in recent interviews that Walter's design is meant to be reminiscent of Kermit. In that, both he and Kermit have VERY expressive faces due to the fact that they have very simple yet flexible heads and can make a lot of different expressions...
Yeah, I do realize that Henson needs a business partner, but I'm just amazed that they have such a hard time finding someone to throw their hat in the ring with them.
Yes, its still a darn shame about Muppets From Space.
And its a shame that Cory's Fraggle script didn't get made. Although, I...
Is The Jim Henson Company in financial trouble or something? They haven't' done much in a LONG TIME.
They freakin' OWN the Fraggles, lock, stock, and barrel. The Red Fraggle puppet is apparently at the ready. (And Karen seems more than ready) What is the problem here? The company just doesn't...
Sheesh...
How it is humanly possible that two boobs like them could be in charge of a company?
They need to retire.
Yes, on the bright side, thankfully we did not get a Fraggle film that was like the Smurfs movie.
I agree Duke.
By the way Dsnowth, do you still think that the film has been cancelled, or are you done being "realistic"? ;)
Its that kind of attitude that drove me away from this site in the first place.
Obviously, there are some members here who are IMPOSSIBLE to please. I am obviously not...
I'm not sure how many of you saw this, but here are Mr. Edward's most recent thoughts on the Fraggle Rock movie news;
http://coryedwards.com/?p=546
*Sigh*
Poor Cory.
Poor Henson.
Poor Fraggle fans.
This new news is interesting, but I'm with Drtooth. The movie will most likely...
I just wanted to pop in and highlight this great article from The Muppet Mindset;
http://themuppetmindset.blogspot.com/2011/10/so-you-think-muppets-are-above-fart.html
Please spread the word about it!
.....Ultimately, I am just astounded by the barrage of questions that people have asked.
So you guys basically want to know everything about the movie before you see it?
The questions that people have asked early on in this thread are borderline obsessive compulsive. I'm excited too, but...
I apologize if my original post in this thread sounded harsh. which was apparently deleted.
I am simply trying to be rational.
I do NOT think that that this thread is a good idea. It is NOT a good idea to reveal so many details about the film. Now, a good majority of the film has been...
"Then Brian had a hilarious moment where he thanked the "Jim Henson Company" for the award... which he quickly changed to "Walt Disney Company" (I think he genuinely had a slip up, but the audience ate it up as a dig that Jim should own the Muppets or be as big of a company as WD or anything...
