my work in progress magic flute ,its been primed waiting on supplies to finish the other flute that wraps around. cost so far $3.00 and a simple Red's pan flute. cost $0 ( had the rods and used an old baseball glove for the leather) what do yous guys think so far?

I did search all I found was what to use for the mouthplate :( I think I understand thank you but I dont have a sewing machine yet ( or know how to use one) so right now its hand sew for me.

you sew though the felt glued onto the mouthplate ? im sorry i dont understand , do you leave a ring around unglued ? or sew thought the felt and what you used for the mouth plate? and the henson stitch thats the latter stitch right? or the baseball stitch sorry again I am totally new to sewing...

hi I am having trouble sewing the felt mouth to the outer head, my stitches show when i try a whip stitch what is the best way to attach the felt mouthplate to the head?

thank you, but if it was tuners they would be on the head, in the one pic there is a green string woven around one of the 3 main strings ,I cant find a clear picture of them and have no idea what they are suppose to be or made from , if the guitar is a gourd and the string pegs are nuts it is...

my second set of eyes with the lil half circles i sewed they look better.

my first set of failed eyes with eyelids, i used the fur and felt but I have since completely redid them i just glued the fabric on the back and cut it the sewed it shut they dont look to good so for the next set i tried making a pattern and sewing little half circles then glueing them on the eyes
