I haven't seen this episode, but that was a great overview. What are some other episode's you've seen that you can do reports on? I haven't seen all of them, and you're good at reporting. Read my post called "Where are they Now" and tell me what you think...
Kermit's Swamp, full stop. Does anyone besides me think they are getting worse as the years go by? At first i thought Very Merry Muppet xmas had something different, what with Scooter, Janice and others, but i just can't get over Steve's Kermit. I'm sorry, I just don't like Steve! I'm sorry
Does anyone wander if the actual Muppet performers, such as Kevin Clash, Dave Goelz, Steve Whitmire, and Brian Henson, actually read these articles? If they did, I would hope they would give our posts some serious consideration, and start doing things the old way.
Sure, there are plenty of really good episodes out there, but are there any bad episodes? Yes. In fact, there are a few. My least favorite has to be Boober's Quiet Day. What's yours?
I don't know, but I think a very powerful episode that really shined through was "The Great Radish Famine." It says that no matter what our differences are in the world, we still need each other. This episode may not be able to put the war we're in at rest, but it would whisper something...
But...
No. The only one I can think of with extras is the one with the screen test with Kermit, Fozzie, Piggy, and Sweetums, plus some Muppetisms. That sounds like a good idea, though. Sorry I couldn't be of help.
Thanks, Mokey. (Boy, that feels weird to write!) I hope everyone out there is enjoying themselves as they read it as much as I did writing it.I hope there are no disapointments. Doing this makes me want to work for the Muppets. Please feel free to post any comments you guys may have. Suggestions...
Have you ever wandered what the Doozers, Gorgs, Marjory, Uncle Matt, Doc and Sprocket are doing now? Well, here in part one of my story, you can find out what's going on with some of your favorite characters in a little story I'd like to call...
Hey Mokey Fraggle,
I've read the Fraggle Rock episode guide, but do you think you could explain to me in detail what happened on River of Life? That looks like a good Boober episode.
Kermit. No, I'm just kidding! I don't like Andy, Randy, Clifford...Just about everyone on MT except for the original cast, Pepe and Johnny. I also cannot STAND Elmo!!! I do have to agree with the person who said that Gonzo was their least favorite due to the fact that, in the past decade, he has...
Definitely. If you look close enough in Let the Water Run, you notice Jerry (Nelson) has two different puppets of Gobo. The one used in the first two episodes only appears in this one when :excited: sings "Do It On My Own." The rest of the time, he looks kind of messed up with shorter hair and...
I'd have to go with Floyd. Why? Three reasons. First, his look. Especially as the years went on, he just looked more and more human and less puppet-like. He was so human when he would close his eyes and laugh. Second, his singing. He was, by far, the best singer out of the Muppet Show, next to...
I thought it would be appropriate to show some due respect to the only human character on our favorite show, Doc, who is played by Jerry Parks. He is such a great character, however a bit disillusioned due to the fact he doesn't see one fraggle until the second to the last episode. I gotta say...
I thought that the fraggle five deserve some credit, so I thought I'd start a thread with people picking their favorite episode, favorite actor, actress, singer, song, most rounded character, best at dodging gorgs, and whatever else you can think of. Here's my pick:
Best song: Magic Be With...
Life has changed since Jim's death, rest his soul. Do you guys remember where you were when you found out Jim Henson died? I was in a hotel at the age of five, and my mom read me the article explaining Jim's passing. How about you? :sympathy:
Everyone here has loved the Muppets for probably all of their lives. I believe the first time I saw TMS when Vincent Price was on. It was a rerun and I remember during the talk spot, Kermit withdrew two teeth and struck Vincent. I also remember the discussion forum when one monster ate everyone...
Sorry about the questions, but since I'm in college and the only one in the family who has a computer, my brother who has downs syndrome and loves fraggle rock and muppet show has my mom write down questions and he sends the questions to me...I try to spread out the questions so they're not all...
